Such a great experience - Lance was friendly and professional and was very receptive to our ideas and requests. We found the entire purchasing process a pleasure - no pressure just lots of information and very reassuring. Our fitter Jamie arrived on time , treated our property with respect, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Our wall hung tv was fitted beautifully and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

Incredible service and efficiency. Tevis and the team were great on my first visit, showed me around and inspired me on what I could achieve in my home. Saved me money on multiple occasions by not upselling or pushing, but instead giving me all of my options upfront. Will be heading back for a bigger project soon.

Very polite ,very helpful - nothing too much trouble - highly knowledgable and a real pleasure to have in the house. The system was set up and running quickly and efficiently. Another great service from Potters. We wouldn't buy our TV's or other entertainment equipment from anyone else.
