Excellent company and service. We had mystery water stains appear on our sitting room ceiling and couldn’t work out where they’d come from. Phil very thoroughly checked the central heating runs, the bathrooms above, and the exterior wall and the window seals. He identified a defective window seal from a water test. He was polite, very capable and punctual. Costs were transparent and upfront. If you’ve wasted time and money on multiple plumbers, heating engineers and builders / roofers and not got to the bottom of your leaks, this is a much better approach. Highly recommended.
We would highly recommend Phil and his team at Maystone. After lots of misdiagnoses, Phil helped us get to the bottom of the moisture in our flat. He then helped us navigate an incredibly challenging insurance claim from start to finish. The work was completed to an excellent standard and Phil has a great eye for details.
