Called Craig on Sunday with a leaking boiling and his colleague Martin came out first thing the next day. Needing a new boiler isn’t what we were expecting on the day we moved into our property! However martin was knowledgable and checked all our plumbing over thoroughly before starting and finishing his work. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Mansfield. We will definitely be using Highfield again in the future for our plumbing and heating work.

Vance and Highfield plumbing & heating have showed patience, total professionalism, and gave us with lots of information and advice when we requested quotes for futher work ahead. Its so refreshing to find a plumbing service who actually want to help. We simply could not recommend highly enough, and will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues.

Outstanding service from start to finish. They helped us choose our new boiler and then made multiple trips to fit it, as we’re renovating our home and our builders were behind schedule. They gave me great advice for the future care of our boiler and answered all my plumbing questions. Brilliant attention to detail, and they left the place spotless! All very much appreciated. I will be using them again for my yearly boiler service and would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating jobs!

Hi decided to post this review. Because after having dealt with independent contractors who took advantage of my lack of knowledge with respect to plumbing and electrical installations. My interaction with Highfield heating and plumbing has been spot on from the start both the plumber Andy and Craig were polite and professional and I couldn't be happier with their pricing very reasonable. So Anyone reading this should know this is the first review I've done and was happy to do it. Thanks also to Sarah who worked to get coordinate all mine and the Tennant's timetable. Anyway enough said. They are better than good......
This is the second time I have called Highfield Heating And Gas for help. A fast response, solved the problem and there may be cheaper alternative contractors, I doubt they are as good as Highfield Heating And Gas Ltd.. From my perspective you get what you pay for. I do hope this is helpful to anyone reading this review as I'm not in the habit of giving reviews.

I first had a leak in my bathroom, this turned out to be my stop tap, I rang Craig and he came straight out that day when he said he would and fixed it.

My second was a Boiler Service, but it was making a really strange noise even after it had passed all it's checks, so Craig again came straight back out to check it and it appears it's been fine ever since.

I was most impressed by the fact that Craig turned up when he said he would, in my experience with workmen, it's rare! He was always polite and finished the jobs he cane to do.

I would definitely recommend to other people.
