An absolute pleasurable experience from my initial phone call to having the work completed.
I had to ring Nigel regarding a leak from my mother in laws boiler. He answered promptly and had a good idea as to what the problem was by me just telling him over the phone. Nigel came out the assess the boiler first thing the following morning. He ordered the part required and returned within a couple of days to fit it.
At all times Nigel was knowledgeable, professional, honest and respectful with very competitive fees. He kept excellent communication with me as to what time my booking was to when he was on his way.
I highly recommend him and will certainly be calling upon him for future work.

How refreshing to be put intouch with such a customer focused company, not only did Nigel keep intouch with me from the first contact until arriving at my home but explaining and proving the deterioration and the need to replace boiler parts, the comparison between old and new was obvious even to my untrained eye, the respect for my home was noted , he is a clean and tidy worker, there was none of this procrastination of I’m sorry I don’t have that part with me, I will need to return at a later date, Nigel carries a treasure trove of spare parts in his van, that is so brilliant for the customer not to be put on the waiting list for the job to be completed. I would recommend Nigel Bluff in a heartbeat, he is now on my list as a Trusted Trade Person .

Nigel and Amy came out to service our boiler. He was so friendly and efficient with communications, from our first call to book the service, to the follow up information and emails. Nigel was very punctual and the service was thorough, but efficiently done! He kept the area clean and tidy and was happy to chat through what he was doing so I could understand more. Excellent service, prompt, professional, considerate and informative. They are head and shoulders above anyone else I have ever used. You get a text to inform you when they will roughly arrive and you get a digital certificate for the service and your invoice. Perfect family run business, including their daughter! Which I loved about it. Highly recommend.
