Simon was incredibly professional, straight-forward, and trusting - he completed the job (completely stripping and fitting a new bathroom) to a great standard where we were left happy with the result. A clear communicator throughout the entire process, a very understanding person, and it was evident he holds himself to a high standard. A brilliant sense of humour too, so that definitely helps, even if things didn't go quite as planned at times. The very few issues that cropped up (we have a really old house, so this was expected) were rectified quickly with our seal of approval. Thanks for everything, Simon!

I recently had a bathroom fitted by Leicester Plumbers. Simon was fantastic. The response was immediate, always able to get hold of him. He organised several different trades to ensure the job was done to the highest standard after a few issues from previous tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice and help was very much appreciated.
I am so pleased with my new bathroom and it wouldn't have looked as good as it does without Simon so would highly recommend Leicester Plumbers.
Called out of hours and still responded. Great service provided before and whilst carrying out the job , was able to fix a leaking bath tap. Change a couple of taps and gave us great advice too. Definitely recommend and reasonably priced .
Simon communicated well (always a plus) and was quick and efficient in evaluating the problem as well as solving it with good humour. His experience shows and I appreciated him drawing me a diagram of the specific issue. Was invoiced on the same day (which I also appreciate, no chasing required!). Also does a good line in advising on new TV to watch! :)
