Rob answered my initial phone call after suspecting a rat had entered our renovation project. He came round within the hour as he was passing through the area, gave me some great advice on next steps to remove the issue before any serious work was required. He followed that up with a phone call the next day to see how I got on and offer his services if the problem didn’t resolve. Will 100% use him going forward if I have any more issues, thanks.

Amazing service. Prompt and very professional.very knowledgeable and quickly found entry points for how the rats had got into our house . After setting traps was in touch regularly to check if they had caught any rats. When we had very quick to come dispose of caught animal and traps reset. Absolutely Top Guy, We have had rats for a few months in our attic space and I was unable to catch / trap them myself, Rob visited and thoroughly inspected our property and drains. He quickly found a few places that needed attention. He baited while using cameras and he caught 2 straight off the bat. He has been back to check and so far so good. I can't thank them enough, truly are great people that want to do their job to a high standard and are very reasurring and compassionate too when it can be a very distressing time! Rob and his son have explained everything very well and have had amazing communication throughout. Their dog patch is amazing also, really is the best dog for the job! Thanks for everything so far! Honestly if you need a job doing and doing properly I'd recommend these over and over again.

Contacted Yor through their website and got a phone call back within a couple of hours. The following day Rob came out to check the issue, laid some poison down and offered some advice. Not only did Rob sort my pest problem but he also happened to mention that his son does loft boarding as well. He came round and offered a very reasonable quote so now not only is my loft pest free it's also fully boarded, correctly insulated and also has a new loft hatch installed! Absolutely brilliant service, strongly recommend!
