Karl really saved the day for us. Our front door lock suddenly broke and Karl was so kind to fit us in to secure the door (when he already had a full day). I really appreciated how Karl took the time to explain how the locking mechanism had broken and what parts needed fixing. And he was straight on to the suppliers to ensure parts were available and could be ordered. As a woman alone, Karl made me feel very safe and comfortable. He is obviously a very honest and genuine person. And I am very grateful for his help.
