Fantastic, 5 star service from shefflock and Andy. Within an hour of contacting them, Andy was out and replaced my door lock and gave me some great security advice. I would highly reccomend them to all and they will definitely be my first point of call next time. Well done shefflock it's rare to find a company that makes things easy in a crisis.

Rang and made an appointment for a replacement car key. Fitted me in a couple of days later. Took half an hour to sort out the key. The guy was really friendly and professional and the key works fine. Takes cash, card or bank transfer payments. Much cheaper than going through car dealership too. Would definitely recommend.

Our side door was not locking and Paul came to the rescue! Not only did he give us a temporary lock to keep us safe and secure while he ordered a part in, but he was very nice, too! We will definitely call him should we need any locks fixing again.

Had a 20 year old upvc door mech fail on me. Went on friday afternoon to unicorn to get a replacement. Unfortunately, it was so old that replacements are unavailable. However, they fitted a new gear unit to the old mechanism at half the cost of the replacement I was expecting. While fitting it back into the door, I managed to trap the latch and slightly bent the mechanism. I took it back and they mended it at no further cost. Highly recommended.

After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service.
