I spoke with Lucy on Wednesday after waking to a cold house. One of the company's engineers visited my address the same day and diagnosed the issue! Unfortunately, my boiler had given up the ghost, and the engineer spoke with the office and explained what my options were. I decided that the best course of action was to replace the boiler with a brand new unit, within 3 days the same engineer returned to replace the boiler, he was extremely quick, tidy and extremely polite and professional, he fitted me a new Nest thermostat and explained all the features to me! The price was extremely competitive and couldn't be beaten by any of the other local plumbers. I'd recommend the team to anyone, a great experience and not the financial disaster I was expecting!
