Dropped in today to get some Master padlock keys cut. Service was exceptional. Great care taken to ensure the correct blanks. Never been here before, but I will certainly be back. Excellent range of locks and padlocks available, engraving and other services. Even footwear and insoles available (might be back for a pair of those for ski boots!).

Fantastic service at a great price. Needed to fix my insignia key fob, called around some mobile guys who were expensive. Went here fixed for £25 in 10 minutes, the guy was brilliant friendly and knew what he was doing. Fantastic service.

He came the day I called and fixed my broken lock. He needed to get a new part and was back that day to complete the job. Very good quality key cutting for car keys, they have done 6 sets of keys for 4 cars which one was a new case. The others I bought decent cases of eBay and they cut them and I swapped over the internals. No issues at all with the keys working in the locks and they were all friendly and great prices. I only did 2 out of emergency really but since they were great I followed up buy doing the others since the other 2 cars are 07 and 08 so the original Vauxhall fobs were collapsing on the buttons making them hard to use. Not now, all my cars have as new fobs :)

Visited the Allenton store with a friends watch that had had a battery change elsewhere and now couldn't be wound after the clocks went back. The watch was fixed in a couple of minutes and the cause of the issue was demonstrated to me. He clearly knew what he was doing and talking about. Thanks for your help. Excellent Customer Service.
