Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Richard fitted a replacement front door lock for me today. I was impressed with his attitude and general demeanor. After speaking to one locksmith who wouldn't/couldn't come out, we were put over to Peak Auto Locks, who were able to help us. We were on holiday in Derbyshire and I had locked my car up and for extra security I had put a disklok on the wheel. The next morning went to go out, and I had forgotten the key to open it(silly me). Ash came out and after we were warned that there could be damage to my steering wheel if he had to use an angle grinder to get it off. I was nervous, but after trying without one, it failed to come off, so the angle grinder had to be used. In the end, all was well. It came off with no damage, and we were able to carry on with our holiday. He came out very quickly. Thank you very much for your quick and professional service.
