With the grounds pleasant and well kept, there is around 2 acres of beautiful countryside to explore. The building tours were unavailable at time of visit due to the pandemic, but there is plenty to see. From the eclectic collection of plants in the world garden, to the gorgeous lake to enjoy some shade. A great find

Lovely place to visit. Very mature world gardens that are very well laid out. Tearoom and there is a choice to bring our own picnic. Lovely river and large lake with swans and ducks - lovely. Lovely church on the grounds. Very friendly and relaxing ambience, which oozes Tom's passion for the garden ( Tom, the owner and garden creator, is passionate for this garden of Eden). We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Amazing place, especially for nature lovers and plant lovers.. The drive to this place itself is a beauty.. The cactus garden is just awesome. You can also have a walk around the huge green area opposite the entrance. Within the garden too , there are benches n places to relax n enjoy amidst nature with a cup of hot coffee n yummy cakes from the food tent.. Must visit..

Amazing world garden full of such a wide and interesting variety of plants. Also a really lovely green house full of an amazing collection of cacti and other exotic plants. Friendly staff and good value for money.

Lovely gardens. Bit of a rip off, as we paid full price despite castle not being open. But would be worth the money when both are open. The gardens are beautiful, nice resevoir next to it and woods to walk through. Great day out
