We used Whites Landscaping earlier this year and we were so pleased with the outcome. The works (paving extension, flower beds added and decking) were completed within 2 days and done to a high standard. Steve was great and very patient, managing to fit us in quickly despite delays our end with the delivery of some paving slabs. We recently moved into a new home with a "typical" new build garden. No turf and horrible, claggy clay with God knows what in it. Whites did an amazing job levelling the garden, sorting the drainage, building a shed base and laying turf. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We required a new large patio area, retaining wall and area that was accessible & safe for our 2 young children. We found forty shades after searching on Google and seeing other good reviews. After contacting Philip he was prompt in coming over to see our garden and take measurements so he could provide us with an accurate invoice. He actually visited 3x before the work started to make sure we were all on the same page in the design and layout we wanted - something we really appreciated. Philip and Lewis began work on the day agreed and worked very very hard each day to get the patio completed. Philip and Lewis are both very polite, professional and lovely with my two children. Philip and Lewis greeted us each morning and told us the plan for the day and made sure we were happy with everything so far. The guys think about all aspects of patio design and the drainage system they designed works excellently. During the work, we asked to change the patio tiles and height of the retaining wall - both of which was no trouble for the guys and they went out shopping that day and found the perfect colour that made the indoor/outdoor flow work even better than expected. We are very happy with our new patio & will be using Philip and Lewis for further landscaping in the future. Thank you to you both.

I have used Gio Landscapes to do several jobs for me. He is very knowledgeable about lawnmowers and has fixed my mother's ride on mower and given sound advice on how to keep it in top working order. ilia has also cut my hedge to a very high standard and put my fence back up after gale force winds blew it down, he did a thorough and top job. He also made a concrete ramp to replace the bottom of my back garage door to replace a rotten piece of wood. He does excellent work and I can highly recommend. ( Jeff. Maidstone).

Excellent service and I would highly recommend. Very reasonable price to service my petrol lawnmower that had given up the ghost. Very polite gentleman. I ordered the parts following instructions from Alia, I purchased the oil and Alia did all the hard work. My lawnmower is all serviced now ready for the summer. We asked Ilia from Gio Landscapes to help tiday up our 'wilderness' that had been neglected for far too long. He did a fantastic job and we now have a garden again! He works incredibly hard, charges reasonable rates and is entirely trustworthy. He takes into consideration the environment and offers genuine and knowledgable suggestions on ways of improving and maintaining outdoor spaces. The hanging baskets are superb! We will not be looking elsewhere when we replace our fence and design the new garden; Ilia is definitely our choice.

They understood I wanted to tidy up the garden hedges, and trees which had become really over grown, but do it in a way that was respectful to the garden and surrounding wildlife. Vu is a special company. It’s not often that you work with a contractor who is so approachable, friendly and professional as well as being absolutely spot on with their workmanship. They really care about our project and working with them has been an absolute delight from start to finish.

Vu have transformed our garden. Ralph and his team have always been very helpful and willing to deal with any issues that arose as the work went along. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, and our site is not the easiest, with steps up a relatively steep slope to navigate. The standard of work has been excellent and we are delighted with the results, added to which they have been a delight to work with. We are happy to recommend them.

Project: Suburban front garden, driveway and passage to the back garden. Property is on a gentle slope, and the garden slopes towards the house. The team at VU clearly take tremendous pride in their work and I can honestly say that we've enjoyed the experience of having them on site. Here's my impression: - understanding the brief - proposing the use of new materials - executing the work with precision - going the extra mile (in our case, some 160+ miles round trip to find and collect extra block pavers). Filip shares my aesthetic so I was happy to leave the design decisions in his capable hands. Ralph, with over 30 years of experience in the business, focuses on the important details and uses his ingenuity to solve technical problems. Clive, like others in the team, is uncompromising in his attention to detail and works with precision. On day 7, when I noticed the various levelling instruments and jumbo folding squares, I could only rejoice, as I loathe tradespeople who work 'by eye' - unless they are artists! Consequently, I was able to relax and concentrate on my own work, confident that Team VU would surpass my expectations. We've received lots of compliments from passers-by about our new front garden, with a few people remarking on the attention to detail. Our front garden is testament to VU's hard work and professionalism. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a garden designer, I've worked with lots of landscape contractors and what I find refreshing about Vu is how quickly and efficiently their office administration is.
