Mike was extremely professional when we got in contact for a quote. We provided our idea to him and him and his team made it come to life. We were given a project manager Ray who was very polite and easily contactable nothing was ever too much. The 2 guys who worked on the garden were a pleasure very polite and got on with the job working very hard every day. They also had a very keen eye for detail and if something wasn’t quite right they stopped and started it again to get it right rather then hiding it or saying that will do. Absolutely fantastic workmanship from them. We had an issue with a neighbour who was not happy with what we were having done however Ray pointed out the legalities in what we can and can’t have done to put our minds at rest. From start to finish everyone who dealt with us was polite and nothing was ever too much. The finished garden is absolutely wonderful and everyone who has seen it has commented on how well everything looks done. The price was very reasonable and was the same as many other companies we approached. Would highly recommend Prime for your landscaping needs.

Euan is very busy and I had to wait almost 3 months until he could fit me in- it really was worth the wait. Euan turns up when he says he will, he provides detailed quotes with everything itemised. He has an excellent online communication set up that is so easy to use. Euan is a hard worker who responded positively to additions and changes to my original plan. These changes resulted in my final detailed invoice being significantly lower than the original quote, which I was delighted with. Euan knows his stuff and has an eye for detail and I am so happy with the result. It was only a small project but it has made my garden much easier for me to manage, and it looks so good. Martin and his lads did a great job at my mum and dads. Their garden is huge and steep and was very overgrown, a jungle of overgrown trees and plants. So it was a heck of a big and difficult job. This is the best it has looked in 10 years! Professionally Martin was always courteous and told us what they were doing and when they would be coming and the price was quoted up front and he stuck to it. Good value for money. The job was finished off to a high standard. Everything was neat and tidy when finished. The block paving at the front, down the side and at the back was cleaned really well and sealed and looks great now. Wish I had taken before photos!

The area in front of our conservatory was a tricky area. We couldn't work out how to get it looking good so had sadly left it in a state. Martyn came and gave us some options and we agreed a way forward. May not be obvious in the photos but the land slopes down to the driveway and also up towards the house which makes the work tricky. They removed 2 lots of edging which were a trip hazard and added some steps finally to our conservatory, great! All in all the area is now looking great. 😀 We were kept up-to-date throughout the works. The lads were polite and worked hard. Would use them again. 👍 Before and after photos
