Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. Was clear from the get-go on pricing, answers queries promptly, turns up when he says he going to and is honest. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, looking forward to him coming back to complete the other work we have that needs doing. I generally don’t feel comfortable around people due to social anxieties, but Darren is great be be around and loves dogs, so that’s all good in my book 😂

On the day of the works we received a text in the morning stating an approximate time of arrival. Contacted Secure Elec to help fix an electric gate problem. Fast and responsive and just the best quality customer service. A real pleasure to have Christian then come out within hours to diagnose and repair the issue. Gates now working AAA+++. Turns out he tackles electrical problems of all sorts from new installs to repairs. Definitely now on my Go to list of service providers.

Christian and Vikki really are great, and we would highly recommend them. They replaced our consumer unit and installed a number of lights and sockets for us, both internally and externally. They were quick to respond to our enquiry and come to quote for the work, reworked things to get the work completed for us before Xmas, and sent across the certificate once the work was completed. We'll certainly be using them again whenever we need more electrical work done!

This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated. Overall this company are beyond helpful, very professional, reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. We will definitely be using them again and we cannot recommend them enough.

Darren is his team are a highly professional bunch which carried out their work to high standards and diligence. A consumer unit replacement job turned into then having to add extra 32amp sockets for my HiFi system didnt sway them. They were more than happy to do the wxtra work. I highly recommend them. Followed a full EICR check with some extra work to update power safely for my garage, new fusebox for in there and also the house: extra sockets now fitted and channelling work done for hidden cables for a wall mounted TV .Updated smoke alarms installed,and replacement extractor fitted to bathroom.All done really well and finished neatly with no fuss, and the guys were very courteous and neat and tidy. Really fantastic experience, we found Lewis via Facebook and he responded the same evening, got the quote the following day and had him booked in for the following week. They were able to install four fixtures with ease, were very tidy, offered to add filler to marks on the ceiling and even run out to get replacement light bulbs when the ones we had bought didn't fit. Found Lewis based on very positive feedback on facebook. I had a relatively small, non- urgent (but important to us) job, namely replacing an old, broken security light over my drive. He responded quickly and we were able to agree a convenient time. He arrived in good time, did the job for the ( very reasonable) pre-agreed price. Can’t see anything he could have done better, so a very satisfied customer and will definitely call LMR first for any future electrical work.

Installed a new small fuse box in my garage and fed a supply to a new shed and a summerhouse. Really great job completed 100% as requested and within the timescales and costs quoted. Everything properly tested and even done an extra job for me in a spare 10 minutes. Great job, thoroughly recommend.

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Downstairs rewire, hob and shower rewire completed at residential address. The quote given was accurate, when the final invoice was received. We are very pleased with the work Ian and his team completed. They were always punctual, very tidy and clean. All the work was completed thoroughly and professionally. Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Had Adam come on several occasions. Very professional, clean, tidy and reliable. His workmanship is second to none. I am a small business owner I need need of full electric works done. Paul from D J Adams worked in my shop and installed new DC Immune, commercial fuse unit, linked several power sockets to DC Immune for protection on my equipment, did amazing lighting's and metal conduit sockets. The best part of it is the advise and thinking of better ways to help you. They were very reasonable and only phone call away. I truly recommend them. Best electrician around. Recommended via family, Jack and his team will be our point of contact moving forward for any electrical needs Jack has worked endless on our new home (from a new fuse box, to changing any light fixtures etc) and has a real touch for perfection and more importantly is completely transparent on what needs doing and doesn’t.
