Have used this company twice now. The first for a repair 18 months ago. They were quick, efficient and did not charge for call out. The job was done properly and expertly, so when I was in the market for a new oven, I didn't consider going anywhere else. The people in the shop are friendly and helpful. Ordered and paid on the Monday, fitted on the Saturday. They arrived on time. The oven was difficult to fit due to the way the old one had been fitted (by someone else before we bought the house) but the chaps who came to fit it would not leave until they had finished the job properly. Excellent service. Friendly, trustworthy and professional. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Needed a new oven when the old one was tripping the electrics. All of the big box retailers were quoting a 10-28 day turnaround. Went into the shop, and Micheal was very helpful in helping me find the right oven for our needs, and had it delivered that day. Great customer service.

Purchased a new oven in store on Wednesday and had the delivery and fitting on Friday by Michael and Jake - such good service. What an amazing professional caring company! My 90 year old father needed a new fridge freezer and the Advance staff went above and beyond, ensuring timely delivery convenient for dad, taking away the old appliance without us having to defrost it, checking the new one works properly and checking dad was happy before leaving. Superb service. Called them earlier to buy a replacement tumble drier. Delivered, installed and the old one taken away within 3 hours. Highly recommended.
