Professional from the first phone call. Arrived on date and time agreed. Nice gent to talk to (not abrupt or rude). Got on with doing his thing and fixing minor detail (with a good eye for it) as he went along. Great service and someone you can trust. Would/will use again without doubt. He came to perform and electrical circuit inspection following rewiring (not done by him).

Genuinely the nicest professional I’ve come across so far! We had to get a new electric job fitted and James from Copper Leaf was really responsive, popped over and took measurements, found a matching replacement and sent over a quote for the work within the day. We had to get a few quotes but after all the people came out, he seemed the most competent. After waiting almost a week for a quote from a couple of different electricians, it was an easy choice and James was incredibly prompt and got us up and running in no time. I have no hesitation in recommending their services if you’re in the Medway area!

Great service by Darren. He was able to come at short notice on a Sunday to help with an urgent issue and was able to resolve it quickly. He kept me informed throughout the job and explained clearly the problem and what needed doing. Followed a full EICR check with some extra work to update power safely for my garage, new fusebox for in there and also the house: extra sockets now fitted and channelling work done for hidden cables for a wall mounted TV .Updated smoke alarms installed,and replacement extractor fitted to bathroom.All done really well and finished neatly with no fuss, and the guys were very courteous and neat and tidy. Definitely recommended

We booked Ian (ETE Electrical) to carry out a survey of our building wiring, as he was from a local business. From quotation to completion of work, the service was first class. Ian attended site when stated, completed the work as agreed and left the premises very clean and tidy. He was professional and trustworthy. He made the whole process very easy to understand and explained what work he was going to carry out for us. We have now arrange for Ian to return every six months to maintain our fire alarm system, which is a comfort to know, as he clearly cares about the service he provides to his customers. We would 100% recommend anyone using ETE for their electrical requirements.

Ian undertook the job of replacing the original wiring in my 1960s rental property. He was helpful, honest and informative from the first consultation, confirming and explaining the necessity of the work due to the poor insulation readings and age of the wiring, advising on the number and appropriate placement of sockets and switches, and highlighting the possible problems and potential extra costs that might occur during the job. He was punctual and easy to communicate with throughout and contacted me immediately to discuss any issues. Ian was fantastic at working round the couple of problems that arose, and was able to find solutions without saddling me with extra costs! When the job was completed he cleared up thoroughly. Ian is always my first port of call for any electrical work I might need. I trust his expertise and honesty and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Darren is a very personable and friendly man. I have used him to do numerous jobs, over the past few years, adding and changing sockets, changing and fitting most of our ceiling lights, fitting external sensor floodlights, fitting all of our external Ring security and also adding new external weather-proof sockets. Darren stopped our house going up in flames so what more can I say 😂 Darren is a walking encyclopaedia of electrical knowledge and governance but explains everything in an easy to understand way. This is a fantastic company. We lost power in our home in the early hours of Sunday morning and Clare spent a good couple of hours calling between us and one of their electricians to try and help us resolve the issue. She was diligent, very helpful and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We eventually managed to get the power back on and identified a faulty socket as the culprit. Clare arranged to get an electrician out to us the following day (we were offered a same day option but decided to wait until Monday). The electricians who came to us were polite knowledgeable and quick workers. They completed the repair with minimal fuss and disruption to us and were completely professional throughout. Clare also completed a follow up with regards to payment confirming that our payment had been received which was appreciated.
