A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

After contacting a few local companies about having an EV Charger fitted and being asked to submit photos and diagrams and explaining it wasn't a straight forward job due to the type of property, I contacted Matt Browning Ltd and spoke to Heather in their office, Heather couldn't have been more professional and interested in the job. No diagrams or photos needed as it was arranged that Matt come round for a 15min Survey. The following week the work commenced and took two days. I was at work during this time as I could tell Matt was a trustworthy contactor as I was proved correct, so gave him a key. I came on both days and there was zero evidence of the work carried out as Matt was so tidy and cleaned up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm for your EV charger installation or any other electrical work you may require. I will certainly use them again.

Matt recently rewired the supplies to our clubhouse and installed a sub main plus other work including changing the site earthing. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the site liaison was excellent. The price was very competitive and I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. Matt Browning were the 3rd contractor we commissioned to get an EV charger installed. First went with Octopus; paid in full early Nov 23, and had to cancel as we had no response until Feb. Then went with ProEV, again paid in full. A single engineer turned up on install date a month later, and asked us if we received the charger on the day (?). Then having looked around, said it would be an additional £800 for extra cabling work (!). Didn’t fill us with confidence at all, so cancelled the job. I got a very clear quote from Matt, who considered all our needs. With us confirming, had a working charger almost a week later after a clean efficient install which included wiring under floor boards etc.

Two Maidenhead Electricians were contacted, one failed to keep appointment and ignored two follow up phone messages, the other ignored two phone messages plus one e-mail. R. Westwood was phoned and called within hours and located the fault in the power socket supplying my storage heater returned following morning with replacement socket, vacuumed the work area and a job done by a reliable electrical company. Highly recommended!

I wanted a second oven installed, unfortunately there wasn't enough space to install it. ABE Electrical were fantastic, they moved the shelves and made room for the new oven. Sorted out the electrics to ensure the cables were long enough to reach the new oven – took much longer than anticipated, but they took the time to make sure it was installed correctly. Kept me informed during the installation – really good job! Cannot recommend them more!
