Daniel and the Big Green Electrical Company have been outstanding. When I was planning and building my new house I really wanted to work with a solar provider that would work with me to understand my wider electrical requirements and design a solar system to match. Working with Daniel he designed a system to utilise the maximum amount of roof space on the house with 25 solar panels using an in roof GSE tray system for a neat look. This also saved money on roof tiles! It uses a Solaredge 8 KW 3 phase hybrid inverter with DC coupled battery storage and a home backup system that keeps the house running even in a grid loss. The system is making ample solar and has already generated over £800 (2.2 MW) in 2 months which has take a massive bite out of the electrical cost of running a large new build property complete with heat pumps, car chargers, batter Nothing has been too much trouble and he has helped with advice and guidance around other electrical elements of the house, working closely with the main contractor and electricians to ensure everything worked well together. Following the completion of the install he has been diligent with all the certificates, paperwork, handover pack and also helped deal with the DNO when they have been less than helpful. Nick was the last in a line of three electricians we found to fit out our new extension. He was the only one that showed up when he said he would, delivered a cost estimate when he said he would that was clear and transparent. Nick did a superb job of the installation having advised us on the way about what would work and what wouldn’t, finished it on time and to budget and it all worked as specified. Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. Would highly recommend and will 100% use Nick again for our electrical needs.

Nick is one of those rare "finds". One that you don't want to share with others - because he will get even more busy! Excellent, neat work undertaken at a fair price. Nick works hard and very efficiently. He is clean and tidy, and can be trusted to just get on with it. He has undertaken a variety of work for me, from basic external power points to new consumer units and circuits. This has included working out and expediting some complex runs in heavy duty cabling for a sauna and air conditioning system. Always a pleasure to have him here! Foster's electricians visited to measure up for a lighting plan to replace our old 120 x 60 fluorescent lights with 60 x 60 LED panels. They came back a few days later and fitted them on both floors of the building with minimal mess and disruption. The new lights are cleaner and brighter and we are saving around £150 per month in electricity which means that they will pay for themselves over a few years whilst reducing our carbon usage through using less electricity. I would highly recommend getting RH Foster to swap your lights if you still have the older tube lighting.
