We had our home EV charger fitted by D.E. Scott Electrical. Here's the summary if you don't want to read the rest: Good customer care, on time, polite and patient. Long story short, without anyone's fault, we had a frustrating problem that turned into a bit of a wait with a refund from their supplier as the main objective. John proved to be professional and patient, even when I was trowing a strop. From email responses to suppliers phone calls and home visits, he did it all. In the end, taking a leaf from his book, I decided to chill and let him deal with the situation for us as he's proven to be patient and capable so far. In other words: "Calm down, be patient, let us deal with this and we'll get it sorted" kind of vibe I got from their team. Great! Admittedly, it took a while for everything to be sorted out, but it's done now. Happy days! I'd rather deal with a company that willl work for me, even having to wait for a while, than with another that just takes my money with no customer care. Craig, Dean and crew did a fantastic job designing and setting up our whole house Solaredge PV system including 18 panels, battery, hot water diverter, car charger and backup interface so we can run the house during powercuts. We've now been running for 5 months and the energy companies are now paying us money! I used TJC Electrical for all wiring aspects of a refurb and extension to my house. They provide sockets, TV wiring and installation, new spotlights and mood lighting around my lantern roof light in my extension, all new switches and spotlights to my existing house, installation and wiring of new kitchen appliances and new utility room, great outside lights and sensor lighting. All installers were friendly and efficient and kept left my house clean and tidy daily at close of work. They came on time at each stage they were required and I have no hesitation recommending their workmanship and service.

I found the service excellent from this company. I received a call back within an hour of sending my request, and a further call as promised later that day to arrange an appointment. I received full information with regards to the costs involved in advance of confirming my booking. On day of appointment, arrived promptly at booked time. My electrical fault had magically fixed itself upon inspection, and various explanations at to what had caused the issue were discussed. Our home was desperately in need of a rewire as old electrical works were dangerous, and clearly completed by someone who did not care about safety. After being let down by several other electricians in town TJC agreed to do the work. Both Taran & Harry completed the job to an extremely high standard giving me lots of laughs along the way.
