“Recommended by a friend and quite the little gem. Food was reasonably priced and the atmosphere is quaint. A nice touch of the hot drinks being served in dainty teacups with saucers. Local artists selling their products and a little antique/collectable room on site. Debs the owner is a busy lady and everything is excellent.”

“This B&B is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The room and the attached bathroom were exceptional clean and decorated so beautifully. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the surrounding grounds were just stunning. The owner was so accommodating, we chose our breakfast for the following morning, each night and were greeted in the morning with Fresh coffee/tea/ juice/ a plate of fruit and what ever we had ordered for breakfast (I opted for smoked salmon and poached egg, but there was a lot more on the menu.) I would 100% recommend and we will be returning,”

“This is easily becoming my favourite cafe in Weymouth. The location is great, just moments from the harbour side in the bustling brewers quay area. They have a sizeable outside seating area for those dry days and a cosy dining area inside. The staff are wonderfully accommodating and lovely with our children, they are always offered colouring books and numerous high chairs are available. Now the food...it is lovely. It is all vegetarian or vegan, but even as a meat lover I always find something to eat. A personal favourite is the poutine, fries with melted cheese covered in the most delicious mushroom gravy - it is gorgeous! The extensive waffle menu is a firm hit with all ages, with choices to suit all. From waffles doused in chocolate to lovely fruit toppings. If you are in the area, I would wholeheartedly suggest you pop by for lunch.”

“This lovely little road side cafe cooks the most wonderful tasty burgers locally sourced ingredients and lovely buns. My 1/4lb cheese burger was £4.9 my husband's sausage bap was £4.4 flat white coffee is £3 which was very good. We ate in our car as it was raining and the tables were outside. Worth the extra 3 miles down the road from the local McDonalds. There is a block of toilets next door but they are very basic. They also sell locally produced eggs jams etc”

“Popped in for a quick bite to eat after visiting the Roman temple ruins. The cafe has the perfect location looking out over the bay, and has seating both inside and out. Staff were super friendly and even though it was fairly close to closing time they were incredibly accommodating. We had the seafood platter, and even though they did not have a lot of crab meat, they offered to make it up with another part of the platter instead. That being said, the platter had a great portion of each of the seafoods, and the salad was very good too. Personally I really enjoy radish in salads so glad to see it here. We also got a milkshake and a smoothie, the milkshake was a great refresher and my partner said she loved the smoothie. Finally we also had a couple of cakes to finish our lunch, I had a rocky road which was superb, and my partner had the largest slice of coffee and walnut cake, which of course I helped finish off. Definitely worth going for a nice meal with a view!”
