John did an EICR for insurance of my thatched house. He was thoroughly professional and helpful and his very detailed report was received by email late the same evening. I have no hesitation in recommending him for electrical work, and I plan to use him if and when I need any new installation.

I have John on several occasions now and in each case the work has been excellent even going beyond the original scope of work on one occasion making a bad installation safe. All of this for what I consider a very reasonable price,highly recommended.

I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

We had Dorset electrical out to carry out a full rewire of the property, we found the services very pleasing. Given we where worried about the extent of the works required. We ended up moving out the property while the guys carried out their work. They even found us a contractor for making good after. We also upgraded to have camera system installed with a wireless alarm too. Over the moon with the end result and will have no hesitation with recommending the guys at Dorset Electrical Services.

Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. Lovely electricians, managed to squeeze me in last minute after I was let down by another local company. I needed the lights and the extractor fan in my new teeny downstairs toilet to be connected before building regs could be signed off, and it was done the very next day with no fuss. They also added new sockets to my utility room as I couldn't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time with the old ones that were already in place, as the lights all tripped. Five point electrical rewired my flat top to bottom.. The standard of workmanship and professionalism was excellent. They always turned up when they said they would, and left the place as they found it. Clear quotes were given in advance and adhered to, and the cost for the work completed was very reasonable. Furthermore Dean and his team are great people to have on site, very friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
