Always been delighted with the work from Dorset Electrical. Our house isn't easy at times, with lathe and plaster walls Mark, our regular electrician has always managed to find a way to do the job neatly and in good time.

I have used Dorset electrical in the last couple of months for an extension on my house . I found Gavin and his team very professional and helpful and nothing was ever a problem. They made the job stress free and the work is of the highest quality.

Yup, the good reviews are on point. Gavin & his team did a full rewire of my house, and every aspect of working with him was A1. Starting with a detailed and fair quote; he made great suggestions that I hadn't thought of; the works, and communications were done well and on time; he was flexible to changes in my plans....generally speaking, he has a great attitude, so all-in-all I could relax and trust that the job was in good hands.

I have used Gavin and his team for some outside lighting installation on an Aircraft Hangar at Bournemouth Airport which I am very satisfied with. Dorset Electrical are an excellent choice for industrial electrical installation requirements. From start to finish very professional and safe at all times and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Whilst I was away on holiday I rang Ricky Stubbs (owner/ partner) he not only arranged the work to be done, he was there unbelievably quick and turned up when he said and completed the work to an excellent standard. The client even told me of her gratitude and was very glad to have the issues sorted so promptly. I will be using Chris Stubbs and son again for sure. Very reliable and friendly.

Had an electrical problem on a Sunday morning. Stubbs came highly recommended by a friend. Left a message and received call within minutes (none of the other companies returned my calls) Problem dealt with efficiently and professionally. I shall be using Stubbs for all of my electrical needs in the future.

Stubbs Electrical and Security have now done extensive works for us across multiple domestic jobs: CCTV, electrical gates, garden lights, security lights, meshed wifi, rewiring and maintenance/ call-out emergencies. They are very professional and polite, providing excellent quotes and always competing the work on schedule. Really impressed and happily recommend.

During a recent storm, I had a full power outage. Ricky responded quickly and came out to fix the problem. He was professional and nothing was too much trouble despite it being late on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend him and the company enough.

Richard done a fantastic job of fitting all my electrics in the garden office. Including sockets (indoor and out) as well as my spotlights. Richard has previously fitted a ceiling light again I couldn't be happier with. Lovely guy and reasonably priced!

I can't recommend Martin highly enough, he came around at short notice to sort out a problem with our sockets tripping after a thorough check over he managed to find and fix the fault. From a quick response to my text to a very reasonable charge for the service. A 5 star service from start to finish.

Martin responded to our call instantly and made arrangements to visit, to look at what was needed by us. His communication was good, usually by email, as this did not interfer with his working day. An excellent, professional service. Aran was always available on the phone, very knowledgeable and helpful. Harry and Ben were highly competent, efficientand tidy, as well as being very friendly and happy to talk through ideas.

Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing. We contacted Chris to install electrics and network cabling in our new office unit in Bristol. From the first meeting with Chris, all the way throughout the project, working with Chris was extremely collaborative and professional. Chris completed the work to a great level of quality, and was flexible when we had to make some minor design changes along the way. Very happy with the standard of work Chris carried out. We had a new fuse box put in, sockets installed and a fault with our shower isolator remedied; all done efficiently and very neatly. I came across Pure Electric from an advertisement in the local news magazine and was impressed by the service information provided when compared to others. I then visited the website, which again I found very informative and easy to navigate through, and from there requested a time slot for a quote for the work I was looking to have carried out. Replacement of a light pendant, replacement of a plug socket and repair cooker hood extractor fan. By sending photographs of the work required this allowed for a quote to be made remotely. Once the quote had been accepted a date and time was set for when the work could be carried out. Lee arrived on time and confirmed the work required. He looked professional in company badged clothing and was polite and approachable. He explained what he was going to do and then carried out the work efficiently. He left the work areas as clean and tidy as they were beforehand. The cost of the work was agreed beforehand and the invoice reflected the quote, no hidden charges and value for money. In all an excellent service for which I would not hesitate to recommend.

I spotted Lee's van going to visit a neighbour and asked him to drop in as I had a small job that needed doing in the garden. When he did the work getting power from the garage to a water feature and installed some LED up-lighting for the garden. I was really amazed at the tidiness of the job and truthfully, I've never seen neater work by any other electrician ever! So, it made sense to ask Lee to install a RING doorbell and cameras around the house. Again, a top notch job from an OCD electrician...and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an electrical job done PROPERLY! I'd give him 6* if possible!

Lee has been our electrician for years and has never let us down. This time we needed a dual plug socket put in a quite difficult area to get to in our kitchen behind our fridge and washing machine. As usual he did an excellent job and tidied up as always after also. The Invoice was as per the quote as always and despite it being harder than expected Lee said he would honour the quote despite me saying he could add a bit on to allow for this. He is excellent and very professional to deal with and no doubt we will use for many years to come.

Lee has done lots of work for me over the years and can be 100% relied on to do a professional job every time. He is a perfectionist; plans the work in consultation with me and does a very professional, well thought out and considered job every time. He is meticulous in cleaning up, extremely helpful and makes sure that I'm completely happy with the work when it's complete. Fantastic guy - can't recommend highly enough.
