He answered my questions, both in person and by email and cleaned up afterwards. We had four different lights that needed to be dealt with and now they all look lovely and work perfectly. Ben came to fit a bathroom extractor fan and I was particular in what I wanted (a high extraction rate, loft installed in-line fan, on a timer). I'm pleased the quote was competitive, the communication excellent, and the job was done to a very high, clean standard. My bathroom is now steam free. Ben has also secured a much bigger quote to fully re-wire an entire property for me.
