As ever a good experience here. Very friendly and helpful. Prompt appointment. Dr Patel makes going to the dentist as almost pleasant. Very nice to his patients.
Absolutely brilliant dentist! I genuinely couldn't be happier. I am a very nervous patient and have been with them since Dr Fickert owned it (he was brilliant too!). Mr Patel is very patient with me and explains everything and gives me all the time I need. The hygienist is also understanding and only uses hand tools, although today it appeared that she seemed to believe I don't use interdental brushes, when I actually do because my gums bled when she cleaned my teeth... nothing to do with the fact that she kept catching my gums with the cleaning tools?
