First time seeing Yusuf after not seeing a dentist due to nerves and the rising costs! Was made to feel at ease when being checked over, very happy with this experience. Will definitely go back 😊

I'm super anxious about dentist based on past experience but due to toothache I've had to force myself back to a dentist recently and west heath dental is where I've registered. Reception staff really friendly. Made dentist aware I was nervous when I walked in she was lovely and explained everything to me. Made a plan going forward and currently based on today I do feel at ease and not overly anxious about going back

Dentist was so helpful to my son who’s mouth and teeth was in so much pain called them at 9 am was seen by 9-30 found out he’d had an infection antibiotics painkillers. So helpful. Thank you

My recent visit to this surgery was very good. The receptionist greeted me warmly and helped me to book in. The examination carried out by Hiba El Sheikh was excellent and very professional

Very friendly & helpful reception staff, personally not a fan of visiting the dentist, but found it a very relaxed atmosphere. Dental staff were also very friendly, helpful and professional in delivering the best advice in the dental work required. I wouldn’t say I was looking forward to my revisiting, but feel in very safe hands for my next step. 5* service :)
