I have been a patient at Matley dental surgery for many years. The word dentist has always made me nervous, l am one of the unlucky people that finds it very hard to make myself go, l can't understand it as when l have an appointment the anxiety subsides due to Tosh, the staff and the general atmosphere being one of calmness and tranquility. You always feel in control and listened to, the work is of a high standard and your comfort is priority. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, as always. It doesn't make going to the dentist exactly a pleasant experience but these guys make it less traumatic! I would highly recommend Matley to anybody looking for a dentist in the Ortonst

I Joined the practice recently and I am so impressed with all of the treatment I have received to date. The whole team are exceptional, friendly, welcoming and professional. Karolina is so kind and takes time to explain any treatment you may need in detail, and the quality and finish is superb. The dental hygienist is knowledgeable and thorough, the receptionists are lovely as is the dental nurse. My whole family have moved to the practice upon my recommendation. If you’re apprehensive about going to the dentist try MDC for a positive dental experience.

Went there full check up and for denture change and could not be happier. The results are beyond fantastic the staff a super friendly and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Have had many experiences with dentists and changing dentures but have always had difficulty with sizing, with Karolina she nailed it with the first try and made it fit like a glove. Very talented lady and the whole experience was very welcoming from the moment I stepped in.

Very helpful and friendly staff in a well equipped modern surgery. They explained my treatment clearly and the work was carried out brilliantly. I found them when I had a dental problem but will be staying for regular checkups and any future work. Happy to recommend them.

My family have been coming to Sara for many years. I can’t fault her service. Sara makes you feel at ease and explains everything she is doing. My youngest son is autistic and her patience with him is amazing. Took a few years for him to get into the chair instead of on my lap at check ups. But finally my son trusted her enough to sit in the chair alone. Yay. Sara assistant is always very polite and does a great job. It’s nice to have dentist that remembers and knows all of your family. Sara always asks how the family are if they haven’t attended with me. 5 stars from us. Keep being amazing at what you do!!

Sara and the team are kind and friendly from the moment you walk in. Their approach is patient led - I felt in control and empowered in decision making during my consultation and treatment. During the treatment Sara kept checking I was comfortable, making adjustments if needed. She has restored my faith in dentists.

I had my first hygienist appointment today with Erum Khan. I am a nervous dental patient and she could not have been more reassuring and kind explaining everything she was doing, helping me relax (as did the dental nurse - Sam I think). It was a painless appointment and I felt 100% comfortable. She gave me great advice and I won’t dread the next appointment at all! Thank you Erum, you were lovely. I then saw my dentist Sara who is also very lovely, gives great advice and is reassuring and kind.

What an absolutely fabulous experience. If anyone is scared of going to the dentist, "Don't be". Alex and his team will professionally guide you through every step of the process, from booking your appointment, reminding you about your appointment, pain free treatment and follow up aftercare. The surgery is spotless, Alex's music taste is sometimes interesting but, I personally could not recommend this Dental Practice enough. 100% Great Job, well done 👍

Me and my family have been using this practice for a few years now. Recently I have had two treatments done on my teeth. It is always very easy and straightforward to book my appointments. I went in thinking I would need to have a tooth extraction but thankfully the dentist has managed to save my tooth. Dr Raj is very professional and experienced. He has given me lots of helpful advices and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend this practice. If something cannot be done or has to be done differently they will let you know as they are focused on the patients best interest rather than just taking the patients money like some other places. Dr Mark Ricketts is always so friendly, professional and helpful. He puts you at ease and explains clearly what he will be doing. He isn't pushy when it comes to extra treatment but explains the benefits and let's you decide if you wish to proceed. He's been my dentist for a few years now and had always been excellent. Honest review. I am satisfied and I am happy with Doc. Anthony work. He really did a good job. The reception area, they are really accommodating. The area is so net and tidy. But most important for me the Dentist, they’re doing great mostly Doc. Anthony who did to my extraction, filling and cleaning. So I’m happy and satisfied customers to them. I can highly recommend.

I went this afternoon with my son who had an appointment and was greeted by the most politest lady Yvonne she was incredibly polite and spoke to everyone with a smile. She listened to patients and nothing was too hassle honestly Yvonne you are doing a grand job especially with special needs children well done.

I rang the practice at 8-15 yesterday morning as one of my temporary crowns had gone, and was given an appt at 10-15 that same morning. I have nothing but praise for this practice, nothing is ever too much bother - be it for the reception staff or the dentists. When you see the difficulties people are experiencing across the country to find a dental practice, I am forever grateful to be part of such an efficient one.

Dentist Cyrus has changed my view point on going to the dentist forever. I was terrified before I started to come here. I have one of the most wonderful dentists at this practice, Dr.Elvira and her nurse Joanna. Dr Elvira has helped me so much through all of my anxiety issues around the dentist and my strong gag reflex. She offers wonderful advice for the best way to care for your teeth and I follow this expertise advice explicitly. She is kind and caring and very supportive every time I visit the dentist. She is amazing!!

Have to say that my wife and I have been having our teeth checked by Elvira and her assistant Joanna for a while now and really rate them highly. I've never know a dentist so meticulous and thorough. My wife is really sensitive to the cleaning and polishing and Elvira gives her an injection so that she feels nothing. Both Elvira and Joanna are really friendly and make your visit a pleasurable experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

Another comfortable and fantastic visit. Making me feel at ease straight from the off, I wasn’t worried at all. Been coming for years, very polite staff. I always feel welcomed and at ease when I walk in. If I need treatment he uses numb gel first. They are all so friendly, best dentist I have had. They have took away my anxiety towards dentist. Fully recommend.
