I had to make an emergency appointment yesterday after one of my front teeth broke. From first calling to the appointment it was all fabulous. Oljl my dentist and Jess the nurse were outstanding. I could not have wished for better care. Then tonight I received a call from the lady at the reception checking if I was okay or if I had any problems after the treatment. Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Outstanding service. Would I recommend? Most definitely. Keep up your fantastic work.

My mum was seen for an emergency appointment at Peterborough Dental Hub today, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The entire team was incredibly helpful and wonderfully friendly. The dentist and dental assistant were exceptionally patient and kept my mum informed throughout the procedure. Since she speaks very little English and is visiting me for Christmas, I stepped in as her translator, and their understanding and patience made all the difference. I was particularly impressed by the ease of securing a same-day appointmentāI called in the morning and was offered a slot in the afternoon. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain all the options for aftercare and a permanent solution, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a highly positive experience, and I am very grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Iāve only just found out about the Dental Hub, right from the outset, from requesting an appointment to actually seeing a dentist was effortless. All the staff are so friendly, right from reception to the dental staff including the nurses were great. Very Informative throughout my appointment however, I was especially taken back by how my procedure and plan was explained to me. Both Jonathan and June went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and were helpful in changing their ways of working, Jonathan checking Eds teeth whilst in June's chair, or standing up, whichever he preferred at the time. The Dentist Karolina and dental nurse were excellent explaining everything from start to finish The Hygienist was excellent-also explaining the process she was doing in fact possibly the best I have encountered . A very enjoyable experience which I will definitely be going to as my regular dentist.

I Joined the practice recently and I am so impressed with all of the treatment I have received to date. The whole team are exceptional, friendly, welcoming and professional. Karolina is so kind and takes time to explain any treatment you may need in detail, and the quality and finish is superb. The dental hygienist is knowledgeable and thorough, the receptionists are lovely as is the dental nurse. My whole family have moved to the practice upon my recommendation. If youāre apprehensive about going to the dentist try MDC for a positive dental experience.

Went there full check up and for denture change and could not be happier. The results are beyond fantastic the staff a super friendly and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Have had many experiences with dentists and changing dentures but have always had difficulty with sizing, with Karolina she nailed it with the first try and made it fit like a glove. Very talented lady and the whole experience was very welcoming from the moment I stepped in.

I have been with this dentist for quite a while & have always received great service but this week the dentist went above & beyond for us. Our 7 year old son came off his scooter and chipped his adult tooth, over 45% had gone. The dentist spent so much time & care on repairing the tooth with composite bonding. He did everything in his power to make sure we (the parents) were happy with the work completed. He spent a long time with us and was very patient when answering our questions - we queried that there was a slight colour difference in the bonding & Oscarās next tooth and the dentist thoroughly explained the reasons why (fluorosis in existing tooth). As a private patient I was expecting to pay a significant amount for Oscarās repair but to our surprise we didnāt have to pay anything!! Amazing place, credit to the reception staff & dental nurse too. Recommended to everyone.

Been coming here for a few years now after eventually finding an NHS dentist. Always charming staff and good level of dentistry carried out. Different techniques from the different dentists. Most recent visit though was a different tact all together as I was questioned more about my health, lifestyle, diet and general well-being. Which I suppose is a good thing but was a shock though. Biggest shock was yet to come when had a bill for over Ā£26 just for a check up. No wonder people donāt go to the dentist ! I need an extraction but fear the dentist too much to have it done - last time they nearly pulled my head off and it hurt so much that I stopped it. Dentists arenāt a pleasant experience at the best of times but something we all have to endure I suppose

Absolutely amazing dentist! My son was very anxious about having a procedure today but Hatem was brilliant with him and made him feel much more at ease. He was patient and talked to him throughout which made the whole experience a lot less traumatic. The care we received was first class and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

Very friendly and approachable staff, from the receptionists through to the dental staff. Very good at reminders of upcoming appointments. Hygienists are thorough and helpful in identifying any changes needed to daily routine Dentist discuss potential treatments, and make sure that X-rays are kept up to date, and take note over personal preferences for fillings or other treatments. A new 3-D scanner has just been installed which creates amazing images of your teeth. Would be happy to recommend.

Been a patient at Peterborough Total Dental practice for many, many years. Always found this practice to be very clean and welcoming. My Dentist is a lovely friendly lady who is very gentle and also informative of any treatments necessary. My Hygienist is equally as pleasant and friendly and always does a thorough scale and clean and gives lots of useful advice, all the Assistants are pleasant and I always feel comfortable and at ease on my appointments. Dr Kaur is wonderful. Of all the dentists I've ever had, she's the best! Kind, intelligent and patient. Always happy to spend the time to explain and discuss. I never feel rushed. She has a high attention to detail. When I had a tooth extracted last year, I ended up with dry socket (due to smoking - my fault). I had two subsequent emergency appointments. I was seen either on the day I rang or the day after. She's a dentist that actually gives a shit about aftercare and isn't in it for the money. I really can't recommend her enough :).

As always my visit to Dr.Kanesh is his friendliness and about quality of care.I am always informed and explained the procedure. I have always been nervous attending but once am there Kenny makes me feel comfortable by reassuring. Kenny is always warm and compassionate I feel he understands me as a patient when I express how I feel regarding any treatment. The assistant nurse is also always kind and attentive. The staff are also very helpful and friendly whenever I needed to make or reschedule my appointments.

I attended this surgery on Saturday morning. I was in agony, and was probably quite abrupt. This marvellous man saw me immediately and helped me. I am terrified of dentists, but was put at ease straight away with a mixture of music and humour. I would certainly recommend this gentleman to anyone and know that they would be in very capable hands! His lovely wife works with him too which is a nice touch. I even received a follow up call the next day, which shows what a classy surgery this is. Thank you.

Without doubt the finest dental surgery Iāve ever had the pleasure to attend ( and my good mate in Hampshire has his own surgery that I used to regularly attend years ago). Nothing is too much trouble (even attending unannounced on a Sunday morning for some emergency relief!) and everyone at the surgery is friendly and helpful. The dental work is second to none and the venue warm and relaxing. Called Northborough Dentist on a sunday morning after a couple of sleepless nights with a gum infection around my wisdom tooth. I'm not a patient here but he agreed to see me within an hour of calling. He cleaned the gum and prescribed me some antibiotics. Great service and I am extremely grateful.

I cant thank the lovely staff at tdc Peterborough enough for everything they have done for me, from my first ever visit they all went above and beyond. Everyone made me feel so at ease not having been to the dentist in years and being really scared. I came away feeling totally at ease. Clair my coordinator was amazing, Martin my dentist was excellent made me feel so comfortable. Exceptional care and service from people who really do care The care that I have received from the team at TDC Peterborough has been truly exceptional! I have had a total fear of dentists for over 20 years, so hence the need to have implants and a sinus lift. Michael Zybutz the surgeon and his lovely dental assistant were so kind and put me at ease completely. I felt NO pain at all and I didnāt even realize that he had taken all the effected teeth out until Michael mentioned it. It was so completely different to my previous experiences of going to the dentist and tooth extraction. I was then fitted with the implants. The Sinus lift was again totally pain free and felt no discomfort whatsoever. Martin who then makes and attaches the temporary implants again has a soothing and calm manner and he was the first person I saw, when I had my first consultation. Iām absolutely thrilled with the results so far and canāt wait to get my permanent teeth in 3 months time. So if you are thinking of having dental implants etcā¦ please look no further than Michael and his team. After finding myself on the receiving end of a robust metal door in a workplace-based accident in my early thirty's; I found myself left with multiple missing and broken teeth, which has had a profound impact on my quality of life in general, leaving me with low self-esteem and a lack of confidence (among other unwanted traits). after years of being basically wrote off by various other surgery's time and time again; finding Total Dental Care (TDC) Peterborough and their smile in a day treatment was my light at the end of the tunnel moment. After more in-depth research made me realise the smile in a day treatment TDC offered provided me with everything I was looking for (required full upper and lower arch), I decided to go for it. I havenāt regretted it since... At every stage of my treatment (from consultation to surgery "which has been completely free of discomfort or pain of any kind"); everyone in the TDC Peterborough practice has demonstrated a level of care, compassion and understanding that I have not witnessed within any dental practice before. I canāt recommend TDC Peterborough enough; to anyone that has found their selves with similar dental issues to mine, please do not hesitate in contacting TDC Peterborough, and let them help you with your dental challenges. Iām a new patient to Dr Said Moussa at Meadows Dental Care, Helpston, Peterborough - and arenāt I the lucky one! Dr Moussa took time and patience to explain the procedure I required. Part of that procedure was to remedy some chipped teeth - he worked as an artist at an easel, perfecting his portrait (my teeth), returning to adjust and improve his masterpiece (my teeth!). Iām absolutely delighted with the results, with the respect and professionalism afforded me by Dr Moussa throughout and that Iāve been fortunate enough to encounter the true professional that is Dr. Said Moussa.
