I had a dental appointment with Shireen and hygienist appointment with Lorraine. Both were professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. One of the best hygienist appointments I’ve had in a long time. I feel confident my dental health will be looked after by both Shireen and Lorraine. They both explained the state of my dental health clearly and in a way that I understood the risks and options open to me. I’ve signed my daughter up too and will attend in a couple of weeks on a Saturday. Thank you for a great experience as I sometimes used to dread going to the dentist! Now I won’t!

My previous dentist retired and new dentist took over but it wasn't the same so after 36 years I moved practice. I'm a nervous patient and the thought of needles in my mouth stressed me badly, I'd always had sediation with my old dentist. I had my 1st appt with Dr Iswarya Kalyan I explained my fear of needles. We booked me in for this morning to have my 1st appt for filling, I was absolutely terrified it might sound silly but if you don't like needles it's just one of those things. I even took a 2mg relaxing tablet from GP to ease my anxiety but I'm not sure i really needed it. Appt went OK & it's really down to building trust & I feel today was the start of being able to do this. I'm booked for next treatment of changing a filling that's been in for many years, and I actually feel ok about it. So I can highly recommend my new dentist, even if your like me terrified of needles... I dont know why I was so worried I'm proud of myself. Dr Iswarya Kalyan is a very calming person & she's going to be my dentist for many years to come. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear.

I've just had my first appointment here after not being to a dentist in 15 years. I was very anxious, and had to go in for fillings for the first time in my life. Iswarya was very calming and lovely, really helping me though it. I've got a huge phobia of needles and this is the first time I haven't passed out from my phobia as she and the whole team were very understanding and accommodating and I am over the moon with the treatment and hospitality I had today!

Like many people, I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, with some very specific reasoning I don't need to go into here. Suffice it to say, I called beforehand to explain and I felt listened to and very reassured. I've had two appointments here now, one being quite difficult, but everyone has been so kind and reassuring. Ish in particular has been a very kind and accommodating practitioner and is helping me get over my dentist anxiety and address some long standing tooth issues I have. I'm very grateful to everyone I've met so far. Highly recommended.

Lorraine has been my hygienist for many years, she is a very professional, kind and caring person. She always talks me through what she is doing and stops to check that I am okay which makes me feel at ease and she gives good advice on how to look after my oral hygiene in-between visits. The rest of the team were welcoming and friendly, and the surgery is nice and modern. I would highly recommend seeing Lorraine and the team at Dental Facial Artisan.
