I recently had a root filling procedure undertaken and Dr Lai's professionalism, skill, patient care and reassurance is second to none. Beautiful new local dentist studio in Offerton. Got referred here to do my dental checkup with Dr. Steven. Very professional and very welcoming from the whole team. Love the vibes and decor of the place. Beats the old waiting room inside the offerton health centre down the road.

My husband and I took my 5 year old daughter to Dr. Steven for a check-up recently at the Offerton and were so impressed. The quality of care from the moment I booked her appointment to the time we left this beautiful practice was exceptional and I can't recommend him and his wonderful team more highly. My daughter is quite nervous around all medical professionals, not just dentists, and yet Dr. Steven was able to put her at ease in a calm and kind way. He showed myself and my husband what was going on with my daughter's teeth and explained what he will be looking out for at the next appointment show us that her teeth could be at risk of decay. He gave us practical suggestions with regards to toothbrushing, flossing and changing snacking habits which we're already implementing and which will hopefully improve the health of her teeth in the long-term. He was very thorough and really took the time to explain the procedures to us. Both of us are now looking to switch dentists to see him ourselves and we have already recommended him to some of our friends who also have young kids. I know my daughter will now be very much looking forward to seeing Dr. Steven later in the year - thanks so much to Dr. Steven and the whole team for making what could have been a really stressful appointment for my daughter a really enjoyable and educational one!

I have always been very nervous and anxious when going to the dentist but Steven made me feel comfortable and relaxed, with his professionalism and techniques I felt really in good hands.
