I recently visited Synergy Dental in Bolton for a hygiene treatment and was extremely impressed with the service. Dr. Bilal Salim was exceptional; he was thorough, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I also want to give a big shout-out to the receptionist who managed to fit me in on such short notice. Her efficiency and friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Synergy Dental for anyone in need of dental care!

What a Fabulous Dentist, All staff are friendly and helpful and caring, I had a Wisdom tooth Extraction yesterday I have to admit I was nervous and apprehensive, Both Liliana and her Assistant were Caring and Calming during the procedure,it was completely pain free, I was given aftercare information, I can highly recommend this Dental Surgery enough x

I needed three root canal fillings and was very nervous and anxious about having this done. Thelma was recommended to me as she is one of the best at root canal treatment and so glad I went ahead with it. She was so lovely, very reassuring, I felt I was in safe hands, she and Robyn kept checking on me during the treatment and have to say I didn’t feel a thing, it didn’t take too long and felt no pain afterwards. Thank you both for looking after me! I have attended this dental practice for many years now and had fantastic treatment with Baba, Robin and Kate the hygienist. The receptionists are all lovely and friendly and no problem getting appointments. Highly recommend.

My granddaughter has complex needs Thelma and Robyn were very clear and informative and made her feel very safe and at ease with the whole process .Thelma is extremely professional and definitely top of her game when performing root canals and crowns.Excellent team work ! Recently had root canal treatment with Thelma. I was a bit apprehensive but the work was completed without a hitch. The aftercare has been excellent as well. I would certainly recommend.

The absolute best dental practice to go to if you have any anxiety. My dentist Robin is very compassionate and empathetic and always takes great care with my well being. His dental work is outstanding and you can tell that the oral health of his patients really matters to him. It has taken me a lifetime to find such kindness and understanding along with exceptional dentistry.

Got my Invisalign done at Malmin. It is an expensive treatment but I would do it over again. From the first meeting with Oliver you can tell how professional they are. Dr Beatriz is the best dentist I ever had! She gentle and keeps the communication at all times letting you know what she’s doing next, which I love because you kinda can prepare yourself for what’s coming. She tells you things like ‘just polishing now so you’ll feel a little vibration’. Had a filling done and didn’t felt much or no pain at all, been to dentists that I sweat in the chair just having a regular basic yearly clean. Really happy with my teeth now and been having lots of compliments on how straight they look. My regular dentist has had me in for a yearly check up and has mentioned how great of a job they have done. Although, from now on I do not trust anyone else with my teeth but Dr Beatriz and malmin. Gracias Dr Beatriz and malmin see you soon for regular check ups. :)

Malmin Dental has been really helpful and informative from the start. I came here when looking to buy Invisalign but didn't know who to go to. The consultation was free and they made me feel really comfortable with how much everything was and explained any necessary costs and nothing was left hidden or trying to catch you out. Beatrice is now my dentist and she is lovely and kind. Each time I visit, I feel in safe hands that will ensure I get the best results.

I have been going to Malmin for a few years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris (dentist) and Rachael (hygienist). I have Malmin's Dental Plan which I find competitive, and have two routine appointments with them each year. My teeth have never been in such good condition and I always feel cared for on my appointments. Malmin offer a range of other services, which Chris and Rachael have made me aware of when appropriate, but never in a pushy way. I can't see myself going anywhere else whilst they're both there!

Front desk staff are lovely, communication through SMS/Call/email which I find convenient. Practice can sometimes be busy but got for a late morning appointment or evening if possible. Great interest free finance plans. Accepts NHS and private patients (once you are register as a Private patient you can’t switch to NHS). Sham and Jazmine worked with me to get my desires results. Would recommend to family and friend.

I decided to attend this dentist due to recommendation from friends, I'm a very nervous patient with a tendency to stop visiting after one appointment. However, this practice made me feel so relaxed and reassured that I look forward to going again and having treatments to get my oral health on track. All the staff have been super friendly and informative, very caring when it comes to nervous patients, I had a deep clean done which I was dreading, but my lovely dentist talked me through it and what to expect, offered me various numbing options and routinely stopped to check I was okay. It was a breeze! Would highly recommend this place, affordable rates for private work which helps! :D

A massive shout out to Dr Patel! I have had so many issues with my teeth over the years and I have been terrified to go to the dentist! When I plucked up the courage I went to see Dr Patel he was so lovely and so calming, he could clearly see I was nervous and he spoke to me with great care! I have had many treatments and more to have and every treatment I have had he has talked me through, checked on me throughout and just been amazing! I can’t believe I didn’t get him years ago before all my issues started!

Absolutely brilliant care given to my brother who had to have two teeth removed prior to having chemotherapy . The dentist Nick Potter and nurse Shauna were superb . This is a brilliant practice run by manager Sarah and a First Class team of dentists , specialists , hygienists , nurses & receptionists . They do everything from check ups and preventative work to Dental Implants and braces . Incredible place ! I’ve met loads of dentists , you name ‘em , I’ve met ‘em &none of them come close to this amazing team

I took my 16-year-old daughter to this dentist today to have a filling, and I can't rate them highly enough. The dentist Kelsey saw was named Hannah Anthony, and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She explained everything she was going to do in detail, which put my daughter at ease, and her small filling was done in no time. So, I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff and everyone who works there for making the experience relaxing.

It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. I attended Tonge Moor road surgery on 20/08/22 for a deep clean, my dentist is very friendly and has given me some very good oral care advice. I never experience any discomfort which is always a winner at a dentist appointment.

I’ve just received first class treatment from my dentist, after a weekend of toothache I made a call at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment unfortunately they had all gone however they managed to squeeze me in at 11.50am same day. I was seen by Nailah and the dental nurse on duty sorry your name escapes me. They are both great, smiley, friendly but at the same time very professional. I was treated with care and compassion by both of them. After a few questions, an extensive examination, x rays were taken, options were discussed, upper back tooth was extracted. Great customer service as always many thanks to you all

Having been petrified of dentists for years and having received bad treatment elsewhere I went along today for my 1st appointment. They really put me at ease and listened to my story with empathy and compassion My dentist has come up with a treatment plan I am happy with and even though it's going to be a long process I'm happy I'm starting my journey with my dentist.
