The dentist and dental nurse were excellent as always. unfortunately on this occasion the card machine was not working and after 3 attempts with the machine saying "No connection" i was repeatedly made to feel it was my fault. Thankfully the only person on reception that was a familiar face took charge and i was told i would be called later to take payment over the phone.

Excellent dentist. Got to see them promptly. After initial assessment another appointment was made for the same day, including the hygienist. They literally bent over backwards to help me and I'm extremely grateful. As well as the Dentist, the reception staff are absolutely brilliant and we had a great chat. They were highly efficient and this was the icing on the cake, making it all a good experience for me as a retired OAP. Thank you. Regards, Alex.

Fantastic experience with the dental practice on every visit with Dr Victoria and her team they are all so amazing, very helpful, polite, caring and kind.

Where do I start and should I pick fault or be nice? Well of course I'm going to be nice as there is nothing to pick fault at. The staff from young to the older members are great and professional...... highly recommended
