I recently visited East Finchley Smiles for a consultation. The entire process, from booking with the receptionist over the phone to the consultation itself, was very smooth. The receptionist at the front is very kind and helpful both over the phone and in person. She greeted me with a big smile and even offered me a cup of coffee when I arrived early. The dentist I met with, Dr Silver, with was also very kind and assisted my concerns with a genuine and professional level of care. The facilities have also been recently remodelled and are modern and clean. Please disregard any negative reviews posted on this site, as the clinic changed management a few years ago and East Finchley Smiles is now a premium private practice.

A crown on a front tooth fell out on Christmas Eve: East Finchley Smiles were very helpful and kind in fitting me at short notice to get the crown re-cemented. Friendly, personable and very helpful staff and a thoroughly excellent experience. Very much appreciated and recommended!
