They saw me just 3 hours after my call, and from the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. The clinic is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately reassured me. The entire team were amazing—explaining everything clearly beforehand and performing the procedure with great care. They were attentive throughout, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The follow-up care was also excellent; they checked in on me to ensure I was recovering smoothly. I never thought I’d say this about a dentist, but my experience was surprisingly positive. I booked in for a hygiene appointment! I first saw the clinic as I was walking past it on the Broadway and it looked so beautiful and new! I was greeted by Ana and Simone (the receptionist and one of the dentists). They were welcoming and friendly! Sophie the hygienist was amazing! She was patient and thorough. It was possibly the best hygiene appointment I have ever had and I have already booked for my next appointment in 3 months. And a huge thank you to Priyanka who was such a great nurse!
