Have to say that this is a fantastic dental practice. The patient care is second to none. No waiting a month for an appointment, the reception manger always goes out of his way to find you an appointment. Whilst I understand that it is also a business I never feel like I’m being encouraged to have unnecessary treatment. My dentist Dr Prius Chatham is amazing and has gone the extra mile to ensure I get the best treatment. Only setback with giving them such a good review is that the waiting list for seeing someone could get longer.
I had an appointment with Sara for a hygiene session, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was professional, gentle, and thorough, taking the time to explain each step and offer helpful tips for maintaining my oral health. Sara’s friendly and caring approach made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. My teeth feel amazing, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend her services!
Have been a patient here for many years and have never had an issues. Great team, great care. Always manages to see me in an emergency too! Highly recommend.
