I joined Smiles by Hillside at the beginning of this year and it is one of the best things I have done! The team are always proactive, friendly and accomodating which really helped me to schedule appointments and treatment plans to suit me. From my first visit, I was impressed by the Dr Joshi and Angelika's professional and thorough approach while always taking the time to talk me through their assessments and recommendations. I completed a treatment plan including a period of Invisalign which went very smoothly and I am delighted with the end results. I would highly recommend Smiles by Hillside and thank them for the great work that they do!
I recently got invisalign and Dr Joshi has been fantastic every step of the way. He's very good at explaining exactly what he's doing and why, both at a macro and micro level, he's very thorough in his diagnosis of potential problems, and he's been happy to correct small issues to make sure I'm comfortable.
All that's to say that I trust him and I've always felt fully informed about my treatment. Can't recommend him enough, and I'll continue to get checkups here as long as I live in the area.
I came to Dr Josh and his wonderful team to help me with straightening my teeth. They went above and beyond to offer me the best service. Their professional and caring attitude not only has left me with the perfect smile but as a result we have now joined as the whole family with this dental practise having been in our previous practise for 10 years. I couldn't recommend this dental practise enough.
Smiles by Hillside is always a very welcoming and friendly practice. The advice given is very clear and procedures are as comfortable as possible. I have been very happy with the care and treatments I have received over the past few years at the practice.
*Update* I continue to receive excellent treatment here. Today I had a hygienist appointment with Harry, he was very thorough but also gentle and reassuring. Technogy is all very cutting edge and used to excellent effect.
