Have been with Black Swan for at least 12 years. It can’t be often that people say they enjoy going to the dentist but I do. The team is welcoming and supportive. Procedures are clearly explained and why one needs them likewise. I can’t praise the whole team enough.

I have been a patient at Black Swan for several years and have found every part of the service to be exemplary from the Reception staff through to the Hygienists and Dentists. I recently had extensive and difficult work done to correct a problem and Ahmad was so understanding and spent considerable time and effort ensuring that I was happy with the result. I cannot imagine any of my previous dentists taking this amount of trouble. I feel confident in knowing that Ahmad and his team will always strive to choose the best treatment I need.

As a very nervous dental patient, I cannot recommend Black Swan more highly. I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dooha who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also exceptionally understanding and human. I’ve been totally put at ease and feel genuinely cared for by the entire team. The reception staff are second to none, and play such a vital role in the whole experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (it also helps that it also feels like you’re stepping into a 5* hotel when you enter the building!)

Only had 2 appointments since joined. Both with Ahmed & so pleased we moved there. Treatments were excellent & I felt comfortable at all times. The staff are very welcoming, friendly & can talk you through your treatment if needed.

My dental journey with South Coast Implant & Cosmetic Dentist has been amazing from day one. After experiencing many issues with my implants placed in a different dental surgery I found dentists who were willing to help me. David Furze and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They listened attentively to my concerns, explained all procedures and options in detail, and addressed my previous implant issues with expertise. David's positive attitude and enthusiasm made the treatment process much easier. The atmosphere at the surgery is welcoming and friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease. Even though I had to travel two hours for my appointments, it was well worth it.

My treatment at South Coast was excellent from my initial appointment where EVERYTHING was explained to me, to my final check up. Faultless service and lovely friendly staff. Would recommend them to my family and friends, especially Josh and his team.

The practice is most efficient. Mr Rahman was very reassuring and has a great communication style explaining everything in a clear way. He was very efficient and I did not feel any discomfort during the treatment despite all the warnings! The hygenist I have just met was also delightful.

I had a number of Dental Implants done at Upton Dental practise and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt safe, comforted, well informed and proffesionally cared for! I over the years i have been to many dentists but this one exceeds anywhere I have been before! Would thoroughly reccomend!!

Upton Dental are an excellent practice, I had an emergency appointment today (as I had to cancel last weeks) nothing was too much trouble from the staff on reception to the nurses & dental surgeons they are all so professional from start to finish. Our family have used the Upton Dental practice for years now and would never move away from them. Its always spotless & friendly, today I was in early and away in good time with my tooth repaired. For anyone considering dental Implants I cannot recommend highly enough. Henne and Vicky are so relaxed and competent and explain procedures the whole way along . Pricing is transparent too . The after care and hygiene practices are also outstanding . To have this procedure done locally cannot be under rated . I had far higher quotes abroad and add to that the cost of travel and the time needed there before you could fly . This was my best choice ever !

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I broke a molar and was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t find a dentist anywhere so I tried these guys… I left a message and they got back to me within an hour. The lovely receptionist booked an appointment for me later that afternoon. The dentist then phoned me too to get more detail about my tooth problem which was a nice touch.I saw Shannon and her nurse who were incredible. All three ladies were very professional and extremely caring. I live over an hour away from Dorset dental clinic however would have no hesitation in going back there and am seriously considering using them all the time… They really were excellent. Thank you DDC… I have also just received an e mail from them with all the detail of my treatment including the picture of the x-ray they took so I can pass it on to my dentist to help him know all the information. I had a consultation with Dr Barath today, the session started with a professional greeting from the staff and Dr Barath himself, he then provided a comprehensive examination and X-rays, followed by a full report on what he had found. The level of expertise from Dr Barath was fantastic and I had total confidence in his advice, I really appreciated that he took the time to explain to me how to take better care of my teeth and why it’s so important to have a care routine at home in place as well as clinical intervention. Many thanks for your help today, will look forward to returning in the new year!

I had a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Varun Barath last week and I must say, he is truly an outstanding dentist. From the moment I walked into his practice, I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Dr. Barath took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me, outlining both the negatives and positives so that I could make an informed decision about my aching tooth. He never rushed me or pressured me in any way, which I greatly appreciated. The extraction itself was done with precision and care, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr. Varun Barath to anyone in need of dental care. He is truly a top-notch professional.

All dental work to be undertaken was carefully explained verbally and with use of x-rays and dental modelling. The importance of dental hygiene daily to help to keep teeth and gums healthy was explained fully. The treatment carried out over a few appointments was painless and I am very pleased with the outcomes. On my first visit to Alaska house I was seen by Llewellyn Camilla. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease straight away. Nicole the Hygienist was really lovely and spoke through every process she was going to be doing. I'm quite a nervous patient so this was nice to have. She also offered me lots of advice on how to keep my gums healthy. She was very lovely and welcoming! My overall experience so far at Alaska house has been very good, everyone at the practice is so welcoming.

Took my 4yo here for her first two dentist appointments this year and they were so lovely with her. Gentle and reassuring. Would (and have recommended) to others.

As a retired dentist this was my first visit to Heritage Dental Health, recommended by friends and family. I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived, all the staff were friendly and I was happy with the examination and options offered by my new dentist, Jakob.

It wasn’t my usual dentist, however, I was made to feel at ease and the problem was promptly resolved. My anxiety levels were elevated due to childhood memories at the dentist. I would feel happy to see the same person again. Their approach was gentle, calming and professional. Very understanding and informative.
