Had my tooth extracted earlier today. The receptionist, dentist and the assistant were all very kind and friendly which made me so comfortable as I was a bit anxious.The dentist (Ibrahim) made sure to explain the procedure every step of the way coupled with lots of oral health messages glad to have learnt something new today! Now I can take better care of my teeth in the future. Thanks for creating a very relaxed and painless ordeal for me.how can I forget the very cheerful assistant! All I can say you’re all an extraordinary team! For someone who is always skeptical about going to the dentist (I know I was) , this is the right place totally worth it!

Just visited the dentist at Northbourne Dental Practice, had two broken teeth repaired and three filings. The dentist and his assistant were professional and I appreciated the direct approach. Looking forward to going back!

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. Actually looking forward to visiting the dentist! That's a first!!

My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

As new patient ,I am very happy with every aspect of my first appointment. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming and booking appointments easy. The first appointment with my dentist was very thorough and all my questions were answered. I would highly recommend the practice.

I came here sent by an NHS emergency with an infection in one of my back teeth I was in agony and very swollen. I saw Ella and Tia, They first sent me away with antibiotics and to come back to have the tooth removed. When I came back Ella said the tooth could be saved and asked if I would prefer to have a root canal. After the first procedure I was so shocked how much better my face felt and realised I’d been in pain for a long time. I went back for the second procedure today and again very happy with the result. I thought Ella and Tia went above and beyond considering it’s not even my official dentist. They could have easily removed the teeth for a fraction of the time but instead fixed my tooth and I am so happy they did. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and will definitely be joining! Thank you both

Highly rate this practice! I had a one off appointment to fix a broken tooth. I was fitted in the next day! I saw Dr Edwardo whom was very friendly and informative. I hate dentists generally but was made to feel at ease. My front tooth was repaired by hand with composite filling. The result was astonishing! Can't even tell it was broken. Amazing skills! Thank you so much. I would most def go back.

I used wessex dental service a few years ago and found them excellent. Unfortunately the last time I required dentures I went to another supplier in Bournemouth due to the distance of travelling to wimbourne " big mistake " next time it will be Philip!!

Had a very relaxing experience with the hygienist Aimee and nurse Joanna today! Aimee explained everything really clearly and had a very casual chat that made me feel at ease and helped me see a problem with my gum that I could start treating with free sames she gave me. I would recommend this dentists to anyone in the area.

I recommend Envisage highly. Since I moved to this practice my experience of dental care has completely changed. I no longer dread my visits. The dentist I see is fantastic. He has really put me at ease along with his friendly dental nurse. The hygienist was great. And the reception team are friendly. I’m so glad I changed to Envisage and wish that I had done it years ago because now I’m happy to have my regular checks.

The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years. I’m very pleased to say that Kelly has fully maintained the friendly and highly efficient service offered by Neil. Also, Nadia is an excellent hygienist. The staff are always welcoming and, again, efficient.

My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I haven't been to the hygienist for years. Always been affraid but today was a very pleasant experience. The person I saw was calming and gentle and gave very good advice. I even booked my next visit as I am less anxious now.

Just had the best experience with a dental practice, ever. The receptionist was polite, kind, considerate and very helpful. They fitted me in on the day for an emergency appointment, the dentist was on time and so helpful. She listened to me and went with what I said. She did all she could to help and finally resolved my issue. I had been in agony and she fixed it! I could have hugged her. I left the chair with a smile on my face, went to the desk to pay, they didn't charge me! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Ferndown Dental Practice🩷

This is not my regular dentist and had to book an emergency appointment due to raging toothache. Everyone was amazing, from reception to dental nurse, and the dentist himself, well, he was wonderful! I am a scardy cat where dentists are concerned, but he put me totally at ease. Explaining everything he was doing and exploring every way to save my tooth. Sadly it wasn’t to be and I ended with an extraction. I cannot recommend this dentist enough and would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you, you saved my Christmas!

We had our first hygienist appointment yesterday and from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly reception staff and such a nice relaxed atmosphere. Then Tracy came out to greet me with a lovely friendly smile. Sharon the dental nurse was so kind and helpful always making sure I was doing OK. Really could not fault Tracy she was very gentle and kept me updated on what she was doing. After our last experience with another dentist/hygienist and leaving with both my husband and I in pain for nearly a month, we have had none of that, so thank you Tracy and Sharon for providing an excellent service and a smile. Our teeth feel so much better - thank you one and all and we definitely recommend The Dental Centre, Ferndown.

I cannot recommend the Dental Centre Ferndown highly enough. The atmosphere is relaxed as soon as you walk in, the reception staff are friendly and attentive. I was treated by Dr Lorna Sanders and her nurse Kirsty. They were very professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease. The treatment was explained thoroughly which gave me the opportunity to make an informed choice. I had four crowns fitted, the results are fantastic and it has literally changed my life! I receive lots of compliments and definitely smile more ! . Thank you all so much .

Excellent practice all round. At reception, greeted by Sharon who was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Very efficient. Everyone was kind and very gentle (for a nervous patient).
