As a dentist hater all my life I can truthfully say I no longer dread appointments thanks to Smile Stories! I started my Invisalign journey in May and I’ve continually been impressed by the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism of all the team. 100% would recommend!

After a few recommendations from friends for Smile Stories, I decided to visit myself. All the team here are so welcoming and friendly. The place itself is also lovely without the usual clinical feel from a dentist. I have had multiple visits to Sarah for various dental work I needed doing and she, alongside the dental nurses, has been amazing and put me at complete ease! I have also had appointments with Camila and Zak who have been so lovely. The care and service here is second to none, highly recommend to anyone!!

Smile Stories is an amazing dentist and the whole team always make sure you have an enjoyable experience. I’ve just finished Invisalign and I am so happy with the results and how easy the process was. Gareth has been great and everyone else I’ve had an appointment with has also been so caring and made sure I feel comfortable the entire time. I would recommend Smile Stories to everyone!

Had my first consultation and was made to feel very much at ease. Lovely friendly staff and the information given was in depth and very clear. Absolutely no pressure at all to sign up for treatments and no upselling which was refreshing. I have already decided based on my consultation and all of the information given to me, to go ahead with treatment. So I'll review again after my next appointment. My first visit to Dorset Dental Cinic I was most impressed by the quick and efficient service I received. A plan was quickly put together. The staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. As a nervous patient I was very quickly put at ease. 5 stars from me.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for many years. I’m very pleased to say that Kelly has fully maintained the friendly and highly efficient service offered by Neil. Also, Nadia is an excellent hygienist. The staff are always welcoming and, again, efficient.

When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.

I have been at Walford Mill Dentist for many years and have always had exceptional care firstly under Neil Greenwood, and now by his replacement Kelly. The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. My experience at the Walford Mill dental practice has always been excellent. I would like to praise the Reception staff who always go above and beyond to be helpful,kind and courteous at all times. The Hygienists are always keen to go the extra mile in ensuring that my teeth are well cleaned and polished and also offer advice about how to maintain good dental health. I met Kelly, my new dentist, yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed with her meticulous approach to my check up and with her down to earth demeanour. I know that I can have complete faith and trust in her care of my teeth as the years go by. And last but not least, many thanks to the caring and supportive dental nurses - your kind and knowledgeable service to patients is so much appreciated. I consider myself very lucky indeed to be a patient at the Walford Mill dental practice over many years and have confidence in the ongoing care that I will receive in the years to come. This is an excellent and outstanding practice.

All the staff were friendly, reassuring and professional and made me feel at ease completely with the treatment I required. My tooth extraction was painless and I felt well informed about the after care. I can't recommend Dorset Dental practice enough, from the experience I have had so far.

Prior to being a patient at the Gardens Dental Practice I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist, I can honestly say all members of the team are warm and professional and put you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. My son was nervous having his first ever filling, as a mum you feel awful putting your child through this but the wonderful Jenny made us both feel relaxed and fully communicated with my son what was going to happen. Theo is the most amazing dentist I have visited, he is calm and cool and continually talking to you throughout the procedure. I had 2 teeth extracted and both time was painless, his way of giving injection also painless, I haven’t felt a thing. All you have to do is “relax and breath, I’ll do the rest “ that’s his advice and worked both time. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s matter of fact. Thanks Doc, see you next month to do the rest.
