I have been using Merry Maids for over 4 years now. Overall I am happy with the service provided however the cleaners can get a little complacent at times and not clean a thoroughly as I would like but its better than me not cleaning at all. I have received one house visit from those in charge for a spot check on the service being provided which improved the cleaners performance however they did moan about it! Merry Maids is the third cleaning company I have used over the years so purely by the longevity of me using the service speaks volumes. Its not the cheapest of companies to use but they are efficient, I tidy, they clean for me.
I would highly recommend Merry Maids. The ladies arrived on time were very hard working, polite, consciousness and professional. Very pleased with there work and excellent value for money.
