Fantastic service, very friendly and approachable.... After the dreaded ad blue malfunction flashing up on the dash and the miles ticking down till no engine start I was advised to take the van to a ford main dealer to get a diagnostic report done to get the problem sorted, let's just say they were more than useless and couldn't even find the fault and gave me the van back with no explanation or even a printout to point me in the right direction they left me with 31 miles till no engine start and basically no help whatsoever. I rang around a few people and got put in contact with Tom at Surrey D.P.F to which he dealt with the faults sending me photos with his progress and complete transparency throughout the whole process. I'd highly recommend Tom and will certainly be bringing my van back in the future. Top job

Genuine DPF expert. I was recommended to Boud services by another local garage as they are a DPF specialist. I nearly used a mobile DPF cleaner off of google but this would have in fact been a waste of money. Glad I found them. Service was A1, kept me in the loop throughout.

Tom is a real friendly guy. Diagnosed the problem and was upfront about costs from the start. Dropping the car off was painless on an agreed time, as was collection. The DPF was clogged and stopping the car getting above 40mph.. Now completely fixed and drives better than it did before. Communication was great throughout.. all in all problem solved.
