After the steam cleaning of the carpet in our flat, they showed us the amount of dirt taken out in the cleaning water (it was black!). Overall, we are very happy with the service.

Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. Cathy has been cleaning my house for just over a year now and she’s been amazing. Most people can clean a house (except maybe me!) but it’s the fact that Cathy goes above and beyond. She managed to get rid of a stain in my carpet that had been there for years but the most amazing point is that I didn’t even ask her to, she just took it upon herself to do so and tell me later. This is just one example of her difference. I’m gutted to be moving away but have recommended her to my new tenants.

I used Dulwich cleaners for around 10 months. The only reason I stopped is because I needed a regular clean on a specific day and time by an English speaking cleaner and unfortunately they didn’t have a cleaner available. I found all of the cleaners offered a good quality clean. They were polite, professional and efficient. The gem of the company is Agnes. I would have loved Agnes to be my cleaner even though she runs the company. She’s lovely, professional, listens to your needs and communicates really well with the cleaners. Agnes makes the whole process simpler and easier; you just communicate any issues to Agnes and she does all she can to accommodate them. She also has some great cleaning tips! Overall the service is pricier than other cleaning services but worth it.

Agnes & her team are great. We were so happy to have Monika around - she left our place perfectly clean and we loved seeing her when we were at home too (lots during the pandemic!). The team are all so friendly as well as very professional. Definitely recommend!

Rayisa has been cleaning for us for a couple of months now. She is outstanding. The best thing about her cleaning is how detailed she is. She cleans areas of the house that we wouldn't even think of. I’ve been using Cleaning Express for our weekly clean for many years now and I’m very happy with them. All the cleaners we’ve had over the years have been great and the other staff at the company are great at communicating and arranging the service and any cover when cleaners are on holiday etc. Our current cleaner, Anishora, is beyond fantastic. She leaves our flat spotless, takes initiative, is punctual and she is just so helpful, and she is also a very good and kind person that we love to see each week.

Did a great job cleaning, the place was as good as possible once they had finished. The price was very cheap, as we had a large one bedroom flat but they didn’t request any more over the standard flat rate. Communication could be improved as we received an email after meeting and payment that we wouldn’t be covered by the Guarantee but still think the job was very well done and would use them again.

I booked with TSV Cleaning because of the positive feedback they had and decided to share my experience as well. I should mention that the team was a tad bit late for our appointment but apart from that, they did an amazing job. All of the kitchen appliances were sparkling and there was this overall feel of freshness and tidiness. I wouldn’t do it better myself, especially with my busy schedule around the move.
