Over the moon with how they’ve managed to remove all the heavy staining from the hemlines of my wedding trousers! I was expecting them to be beyond repair and thought I’d need to dye them, but they look as good as new. I’m going to have to get married all over again! 😂

I had bought a Gucci leather jacket on ebay, but I didn't like one aspect of its design. The Gucci stripes on the ribbed cuffs were on the INSIDE and so never seen. My wife had had a dress altered recently at Carlton's and they did an excellent job, so I thought I'd ask Carltons if it was possible to remove the cuffs from my learher jacket, reverse them so the stripes were visible and re-attach. Carlton's gave me a very reasonable quote and 5 days later the jacket was ready. It looks incredible, and exactly as the jacket should have looked when made by Gucci. The Gucci design has been IMPROVED! Carlton's did an amazing job - the jacket is worth over £3k and so it was quite a big deal to trust anyone with this job, but I'm 100% happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

I took in a yellow Timberland jacket I'd bought in a vintage shop about 15 years ago hoping these guys could help - but not knowing how much of a difference they could make on something quite old. All I can say is, wow! The jacket looks phenomenal; so much brighter, like it's 15 years younger, and they turned it around in only a week. Thanks team, amazing work.

This is a fantastic place of business. The owners are professional, polite, hard working and it’s clear they care very much about their customers. I have had a consistently great experience both with dry cleaning and with alterations. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to alter my clothes and I appreciate all of the work and effort that goes into intricate alterations as well working against tight deadlines. My jobs are always done on time if not sooner, and this is why I trust this business above others. I would happily travel across London for this service. The price is exceptionally reasonable and the quality is superb!
