Very friendly service from the owner, also very professional. Removed a bad coffee stain from my new white shoes and also the stain was over a month old as i stained them on the first day i wore them. He also took extra care with them in order not to damage them. You can tell they have a big understanding of what they do as i was explained some of the difficulties that come with different materials. I would highly recommend! Also them being eco friendly is a big plus.

I took my white curtains to be cleaned at Lagoon on Chingford mount. My curtains have a blackout lining and they were very careful to tell me that the blackout lining could be damaged in the cleaning process. They did an excellent job though. The curtains came out sparkling white again, and there was no damage to the blackout lining. They also did an excellent job with my old seat cushions - came out like new. I was so impressed by their detailed attention to my items and their lovely customer service. Highly recommended.

Always great service. I have an old jacket made from an uncommon material that other Dry Cleaners usually don’t know how to work with. Will only only it to be washed at Lagoon. Also does a great job with my suits.

Very happy with the service. Mr Atif Mir done a brilliant job cleaning my Tommy Hilfiger shoes. I tried other dry cleaners and they claimed they couldn’t do these type of shoes. I would definitely recommend going to Lagoon, he also cleans high quality designer tracksuits/coats which not many other dry cleaners offer. Definitely gonna get delivery next!
