I've been working with Iva for over a year now to have my property serviced as a short let and it has been a great relief to have a reliable, approachable, friendly and thorough cleaning company. As a busy professional it's essential to know the housekeeping at my place is looked after and to a high standard for my guests. Iva is extremely good at communication as well as personable. We used Iva Cleaning for our airbnb guests for 10 times last Summer, and Iva was always very helpful. She can provide bed sheet and towel rental and cleaning service at the same time, and this means a complete peace of mind when managing guest check ins. She has been very helpful and flexible many times, always available through whatsapp and providing pictures of the flat, allowing last minute changes that made our guests very happy! I only gave 4 stars because a few times guests were not 100% happy with the cleaning, and we had to address this to Iva. But I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

Iva accommodated a very last minute end of tenancy request, and has demonstrated great flexibility to arrange. The cleaning was super deep, and she organised directly with the carpet cleaner so I did not have to do anything. On top of that, she’s super agreeable, punctual and responsive.
