Got our full deposit back, with the caveat that our flat was already pretty clean, so can’t complain. Good responsive communication was appreciated. The cleaning team itself was slightly amateur and had to be shown the ropes a bit, but the “management” team I was dealing with on the phone ensured that the cleaning team complied with all instructions and the job was done to my satisfaction.
