We used Garden City Carpentry and Builds for a wrap around extension and we would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family. They only take on one big job at a time and are fully dedicated to your build. They are on site for a full day and Tony was always available to answer questions. They are very trust worthy and when we hit problems at the beginning of our build they helped us work through it rather than just walking off site or charging us through the nose. Apart from some small additional cost due to the delay they came in bang on their original estimation they gave us so no surprises. I honestly wouldn't use another building company!

As a single female I have met and paid a fair few cowboy builders and was very sceptical of finding another builder however I was pleasantly surprised after being given Trevor Wards number. I was after someone to lay a patio in my back garden, Trevor was very polite, started early and worked a full day and most importantly his workmanship was top quality.
