I would say Alan is a true car magician! I have a Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost and engine broken down since I bought it. I have shown into 3 different garages in Aylesbury and kept on wasting money. Nobody couldn't figure out where the issue was. Most garages literally scammed me I would say. Final decision was to tow it a scrap yard for a £200 and luckily I found this guy on Google. Went through reviews and I said myself to try him as the last chance. Most garage owners don't even like to talk over the phone, this guy Alan, takes all his time to explain me all the issues that he would look at. I will never forget his words 'There's no car in the world that cannot be fixed!'. He kept my car for a week and driven it personally and finally the car everyone told me to scrap is driving with no faults whatsoever. I wanted to thank him this way! If you ever get a problem in the car, please do not forget to call this guy! You will be surprised by his work and friendliness. Shaun and the team were outstanding. The hours I work normally make sorting things like auto repairs really difficult but they were so flexible and willing to help. I experienced very professional service at this garage. I was very pleased to find that Tolpits Motors have a policy where if your vehicle fails MOT then there is no charge. The price I was charged for works done to my vehicle seemed very reasonable. All round, this was the best experience I have had at any garage.

Excellent service from Le Cramer. I left my MOT to the last minute and urgently needed help. They booked me in straight away with just a few day’s notice on a Saturday with no fuss. I had a problem with the A/C on my car. I’ve never used LE Cramer before but they are local so I booked it in with them. I’m glad I did! I Live very close to this garage and walk past it often. My partner took her car to this Garage and spoke to a lovely gentleman who unfortunately we do not have the name. She was quite worried about her clutch on her golf. As she was quite vague about the problem. The mechanic with all permission granted took the car down the road and back to try and diagnose the problem. I am really great full for the honest advise that was given. This is a honest Garage that will not try and repair your car for no reason and give you bad advise. I have a Golf R that I’m planning to take to them for a minor bumper repair and hopefully future services etc. the honest actions and great customer service goes a long way and I hope I’ve helped make your decision into choosing this garage 👍

I've used L E Cramer for all my car maintenance, new tyres etc for 30+ years which speaks for itself as to the standard of service they deliver. Always courteous, polite, willing to help and fairly priced and I'll continue to use them and no one else. Highly, highly recommend this garage.

Awesome support from Adam and the team here! Had some concerns about my tracking and alignment, so they had me pop in for a quick check and all was well, but I’ll be back for every required service from Falcon because these guys are skilled, quick and honest!

I take my 'classic' (they are very patient and careful with the old girl) and my daily driver to them. They are always very friendly and cooperative and run pretty much on time with MOT appointments. Don't be put off by the congested yard, they manage it very well.

I went to this garage to fix my car ac. I paid them in advance but it didnt fix my car. Instead of charging me their time and effort, guy on the reception ask me gently do you want refund? And i was shocked but later i realise this the way he speaks to everyone. I will recommend them for all time. I went there again with my another car and they didnt mention or show me any attitude about the previous work. 5 stars for service 5 stars for receptionist 5 stars for work they have done

Thank you to Ali. He was a massive help, I needed a tyre asap, after calling 20 different garages no where had my tyre in stock but Ali was so accommodating and got me a tyre in the next day. Upon arrival he was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back if I have anymore issues with my tyres.

So.... BMW X1 makes noise, doesn't change with speed, just noise and vibration through gear stick. Take to local garage, Allen & Cowser, who diagnose transfer box but not a job they wanted to undertake. Took car to several gearbox "specialists" who each diagnose something different, some will only help if I remove the gear box and deliver it, none mention transfer box. Found Motorsolve who confirmed transfer box. Got it booked in promptly, work carried out in timescale promised and within the cost quoted. Excellent and honest work carried out by professionals. Car drives like new again. Thank you to both garages for help diagnosing and repairing.

Booked an MOT a day in advance. It is indeed done within 1 hour, excellent and straight forward service. Highly recommend for MOTs for busy people who can’t leave a car for a full day at mechanics. It only took them 1-1:30h to sort out my cars MOT. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely phenomenal service, my wife and I are from out of town and were driving through with all our kids in the back on an icy Sunday morning, suddenly had loud screeching noises from one wheel. Luke served us promptly politely and skilfully and was the only one available, turned out it was just ice in one of the wheels and he didn’t even charge us. Popped in this branch two Saturdays ago with a mobility car that had a tyre issue. I was greeted politely within a minute or so by a young man named Luke. I explained the situation, he said your car will go into this bay after the fiesta (5 minutes later) I got talking to him and it was just himself and another colleague working, they were busy but worked very well 👏🏻 About half an hour before I had visited the Berkhamstead branch. There were people working on vehicles and also two lads in reception that didn’t look as busy and told me I’d be waiting over two hours for the problem to be resolved. The world needs more Lukes 👏🏻 Shame on the lads at the Berkhamstead branch.

I have been twice in recent weeks for very small jobs but have been very impressed by their friendly welcome and their willingness and speed with which they've helped. A particular mention to Luca and Hameem and to the guy in Reception whose name I have not asked for either time! But a well-deserved 5✨️
