Popped in this branch two Saturdays ago with a mobility car that had a tyre issue. I was greeted politely within a minute or so by a young man named Luke. I explained the situation, he said your car will go into this bay after the fiesta (5 minutes later) I got talking to him and it was just himself and another colleague working, they were busy but worked very well 👏🏻 About half an hour before I had visited the Berkhamstead branch. There were people working on vehicles and also two lads in reception that didn’t look as busy and told me I’d be waiting over two hours for the problem to be resolved. The world needs more Lukes 👏🏻 Shame on the lads at the Berkhamstead branch.

Absolutely amazing service, the MOT tester was able to re-test my vehicle just before close and was greatly appreciated. Will be making use of Kwik Fit here again in future 10/10.

Absolutely phenomenal service, my wife and I are from out of town and were driving through with all our kids in the back on an icy Sunday morning, suddenly had loud screeching noises from one wheel. Luke served us promptly politely and skilfully and was the only one available, turned out it was just ice in one of the wheels and he didn’t even charge us. Top quality service will highly recommended to anyone

Went to Kwik Fit again, with a stepney on and a burst tyre in the boot, around 8:30 in the morning ( after being offered an appointment for Tuesday -three days later- by slightly closer place) and had an amazing experience. Luke very kindly adjusted my work in between bookings and the job was done very quickly. He even took the warning sign off the screen for me, can't praise this enough 😊

I have been twice in recent weeks for very small jobs but have been very impressed by their friendly welcome and their willingness and speed with which they've helped. A particular mention to Luca and Hameem and to the guy in Reception whose name I have not asked for either time! But a well-deserved 5✨️
