Experienced an MOT dilemma this morning where my local car dealership was unable to carry out an MOT due to a ramp issue. Ed’s Garage very kindly accommodated my car for an MOT session immediately after my service was completed at the dealership. Excellent professional friendly courteous customer service at Ed’s Garage where nothing is any trouble & the technicians took care of everything so smoothly & efficiently. Thank you to this wonderful team for alleviating stress on a Monday morning with their ‘can do & nothing is any trouble’ attitude & approach. I went to Ed’s garage as my blowers on the front windscreen were not working properly and were leaving steam on the screen. I took my Saab 93 to James at Brookdene Service centre to take a look at a problem with rotor dust covers making and noise. James offered aa few opinions during our initial phone call and I was confident that he would find a solution either way during the first visit. The problem was minor in the end but it still needed the car to be lifted and inspected. This issue was quickly dealt with and they charged only for half an hour of labour. But it's the expertise that you really pay for. Problem solved. Great job Brookdene Service centre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Contacted Brookdene early in the morning, was able to bring my car in the same day and fixed the same day! (Wasn’t a straight forward job either). The staff are really friendly and smiley. Very helpful and explained the damage to my car so I understood. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Danni the receptionist was really welcoming. Appreciated everything!

10/10 - fantastic team, great customer service. Had a warning light on for tyre pressure, found this garage and they were so helpful, immediately fixing it and showing me how to check the right pressure etc (I hadn’t done it before myself!), no charge.

Brought my vehicle in for a rear crank seal replacement. Not a nice job to do but all the work was completed on the same day. Very reasonable price for the work done. Overall an excellent service from George and his skilled team. Would highly recommend them.

Look no further Watford. Throughout the week been in and out of 17 car garages just to get a diagnostic. Many have not even looked at my car and magically gave faults and fake diagnostics. However Cousins Garage have really a professional approach from first point of contact. They didn't make me wait around, saw my car within 5 minutes of arriving, plugged in there diagnostic computer and talked me through the error of my car. I can't not mention Chris the mechanic who walked me through the diagnostic, faults and reassuring the work that's needed and advising on day to day running of car to avoid future issues. Also his customer service skill is of high class service standard. Also the owner overlooked everything and great guy and reassuring sorry bud couldnt remember your name.(shiny white t-shirt guy and not a stain on it lol for a mechanic) Not only will I be coming back but recommending, saving time and money for the people of Watford.

Found this gem of a garage, booked my MOT on the day, had a coffee and cake whilst it was being done at the local Flourish! Customer service absolutely lovely! Parking accessibility great! And onto top of that the comments on the tread of my tyres were in line with audi's garage finding a few months back..... can't get better transparency than that! So one of the minis had been playing up. Got big William to help get the mini to t and f motors for repairs. Repaired the mini no problem,so it's now ready for another trip 1st class service as usual. No complaints as usual

I had MOT at Halfords Watford Service Centre. Very polite and attentive stuff. MOT took 45 min. You can see your car being checked on the screen. The waiting room is equipped with useful driver's information.
